Working with Ed Cabanas was great in buying my new...

Working with Ed Cabanas was great in buying my new Explorer Sport. No pressure, extremly friendly and knowledgeable. As the dealership did not have the car in stock, Ed went through the process of ordering one from Ford. Ed went though all the details to make sure the car was ordered exactly as I wanted it. The car took six weeks to arrive, but Ed kept me informed the whole time. On delivery, Ed went over all the details of the vehicle and made sure it was perfect for me. Ed treated me with great respect and is certainly an asset to Bo Beuckman Ford!

Dear Richardkre, That is great! But, not an unexpected happening around here! We have Valet and VIP Service for our customers! Just ask and we can drive you home instead of having you wait around in the lounge. We will even come and pick you up or have your vehicle delivered when it is complete! He made several searches looking for the auto I wanted, even when I changed my mind he gladly made additional searches. His responses to my questions were always timely and complete. When the dealer didn't have the exact Explorer I was...

When the dealer didn't have the exact Explorer I was looking for, my sales person Ed Cabanas stated that was “no problem” and assisted me with ordering a new one. I was always under the impression that to get the best price you needed to purchase a vehicle from a dealer's existing inventory. That certainly wasn’t the case as Ed’s pricing was better than two other regional dealers with similar vehicles. When the vehicle arrived there was some minor damage that appeared to have occurred during the transport. Ed immediately engaged the sales manager and body shop manager and by the next day the vehicle was as good as new. Thank you!

We had a great experience working with Dave. He was very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. We felt that we got the very best price based on our research doing price comparisons online. We also worked with Sara Beuckman on the day we did the test drive when Dave was not working. She was super nice and gave us plenty of time to do the test drive and gave us some insight on the car when we got back to the dealership. Now, one negative. Just 2 days after purchasing the 2013 Focus, we found out that Ford has now issued quite a substantial recall on many 2013 models but does not include the Focus. I will be inquiring as to why this is since it seemed to affect everything but the focus and it seems to be quite a substantial issue.

Ed Cabanas made my first car purchase very easy! He was extremely helpful and willing to work with me. I visited a couple other dealerships just to make sure I was getting the best deal with Bo, and I was. I never felt rushed into making a decision and he was available to answer any questions I had. I currently live in Nashville, so you know they are good when someone buys from out of state!

I've completed several surveys over the past 1 1/2yrs since my first experience with Bo Beuckman Ford. They have been uniformly excellent. A truly exceptional service staff, beginning with Chrisanna Jung and continiuing thru the Parts and Service technicians. I've never had any compliant and quality of diagnosis ans work has just been excellent in all respects. I purchased an F150 in November of 2012 and was very pleased with the Sales staff and received a fair price. Could not ask for a better automobile dealership. Small town friendliness, great service, and top notch service. No need to ever look elsewhere when purchasing a vehicle. The kind of dealerships that built Ford to what it is today.

I would always recommend Bo Beuckman Ford. I have used this Ford dealership since the mid 80's for my own vehicles and my daughters. I have referred several people to Bo Beuckman. Their service surpasses all other dealerships. Just purchased a new vehicle and I will again be having all my car maintenance done at Bo Beuckman Ford. I know I can always count on them for all of my vehicle needs.
