Smooth and easy
Jason (and Rob) were very honest and helpful throughout the purchasing experience. With the exception of my credit union messing up the wire transfer from NH, which Adams Auto Group gave me the heads up on, the entire process was smooth and seamless. I am a happy customer.

Don’t do it
If I could do negative stars, I would. I went in and traded my 2016 Nissan Maxima that had no issues for a 2017 F150, super crew cab, 4x4. This truck drove great on the test drive and didn’t have any noticeable problems. I mean, it had 73,000 miles on it so there shouldn’t be any problems, right? Wrong. I drove it for a MAXIMUM of 2 full weeks and then the truck wouldn’t start. I towed it to our mechanic’s shop and he started to diagnose the issue. Apparently there was a KNOWN water leak - straight into the BCM (computer that controls all of the electronics inside the vehicle, some electronics on the exterior) which is located on the passenger side lock panel. I say known because someone (previous owner or Adam’s Auto Group) drilled a hole in the floorboard to help drain the water that was flooding into the truck. Needless to say after spending thousands in parts and labor, months without the truck, they were able to kind of locate the issue. Knowing that Adam’s Auto Group must do a full inspect, nothing was brought to my attention prior to purchasing - it’s disheartening. Either way, I wouldn’t send anyone their way to get a vehicle. PLEASE GO TO A CERTIFIED DEALERSHIP FOR YOUR VEHICLE NEEDS. F*xx Adam’s Auto Group. If you do any research, you will find lawsuits against them.

Car Broke Down Less Than 24 Hours Later
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. If I could give them no stars I absolutely would but this review is necessary, so 1 star will suffice. If you’re looking to spend thousands of dollars on the shell of a car, then Adams Auto Group is the place to shop. I was sold a 2016 Nissan Maxima with roughly 70,000 miles on it on 9/9 around 6pm. The car was driven less than 50 miles from the time of purchase into the next day, 9/10 and then completely broke down. I reached out to the salesman JASON as soon as it happened and his response was less than favorable … “sorry that happened.” There was no concern or sympathy on his end. There was no offer of what could be done, it was just cut and dry. I continued to reach out to the salesman as I was broken down on the side of the road and he stopped responding. The car was inoperable at that point. It wouldn’t turn on even with a jump, the entire dash was dead, the gear wouldn’t shift, etc. The next day, 9/11 I reached out again to see if something could be done and the response was the same, “sorry that happened to you”. Again, no resolution being offered. There is no way the car that I purchased should have broken down 24 hours after having it. On 9/12 I had the car towed from the side of the road back to their lot because it was still inoperable and there had been no communication. That’s when I finally received a phone call from the towing company stating that the salesman and GM refused to accept the car and if it was left on their property the police would be called to have it towed. Why is that ? So not only have you ignored phone calls and texts about the issue, when I finally do return the car to the lot to get some sort of resolution, I’m threatened with having it towed off the property. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE BUSINESS. These men are horrible business men and crooks. How are you able to sleep at night knowing you sold a piece of junk for the amount that you did and offer NO RESOLVE when the car stops working less than 24 hours later. We took a trip to the property because they threatened to damage the car or have it towed by police and when we arrived it was hooked up to a truck as an attempt to be jumped. Jason said the car had been running for 10 minutes and as soon as the cables were removed, the car stopped running again. He said he didn’t know what was wrong with it and that this had never happened before. That’s not a good enough response for me. He also said that he just sales cars. That there tells me they put no pride in selling QUALITY cars, there only out to make money. He also said that he wouldn’t be able to further assist us because it was above his pay grade and that we would need to speak with the GM. The GM’S response when told that we had been trying to contact him and needed a resolution was “There’s nothing I can do. She signed papers and drove off the lot”. That alone shows you that you are dealing with people who only care about money. This company doesn’t care about their customers. So again, if you’re okay with wasting your money then this is definitely the place to shop! The company may have been around for some time, but the longevity of it won’t last. You reap what you sow.

From Bandys
I have been looking for a truck for over a year. I finally found one but it actually had sold. I drove up to take a look at another one. I wasnt crazy about the color at first. (I was set on another one, lol) John asked me if I would like to drive it and I loved it! It was more practical and had more features. John was very helpful and I enjoyed his outgoing personality. He and Jimmy both made the buying experience less stressful than your typical dealerships. I had not purchased a new vehicle for myself since 2008... this was due to not wanting to deal with "salespeople" and the whole hoopla of a dealership..(I didnt have all day to deal n haggle) Thank you John and Jimmy for making it a good buying experience.

20K and cannot afford to repair or replace a tire
When seeing the add on Cars the spare was mounted on the front left. Before purchasing the F150 I asked if the front left had been repair and put back on the truck. I was assured that it had. Well yes it had been put back on but never repaired. I have had to air the tire up three times in a 3 week period. I have complain one via phone message and once in person when picking up the plate. Not even an offer to repair or replace the tire after spending 20K on the truck. Funny thing is that the wife total her van and exactly what she wanted popped up from Adams. Sorry you lost another 20K sell.
