WORST service department ever.
WORST service department ever. Poorly managed personel who damaged my Blackwing multiple times. I paid out of pocket to have it repaired as discussed with the service director and now they don't return my calls. Jim Logdon is the service director, do not believe a word he says. Terrible manager with no people skills. Even spoke to the GM who offered to buy the car back for much less than I paid of course. JR is the only person up there that has any professionalism at all. My sales associate Melvin is an awesome individual and deserves a much better service department backing him up. This has been the most horrible experience i have ever had at a dealership. Total and complete incompetence.m!

I had an above exceptional experience with Fields Cadillac. My sales person is Kevin Johnston. He is very knowledgeable, very polite, and very helpful. He took his time making sure we were informed and happy. They have a nice Cafe that you can eat breakfast and lunch at no charge. And it's quality food. The finance lady was terrific as well. She is very pleasant and she knew her job. This is the first time I have had a stress free experience when buying a car. And I love my XT5. It is the perfect SUV for me. I usually do not leave reviews, but this one is warranted. This is the only place I will buy my future cars and kevin Johnston is the only sales person I will buy from.

This was one of the best buying experiences I've had at any car dealership! Our salesmen Joel was very knowledgeable about the cars on the lot. He went out of his way to take us to another dealership in that same family that had exactly the car that we wanted! He listened to us and considered our wants and needs before recommending the car that we purchased. Thanks to Joel and keep up the good work! The auxiliary staff was also excellent offering refreshments, lunch and inviting us back at other times for breakfast and lunch at the dealership.

They were not honest about seeing two SUV’s.
They were not honest about seeing two SUV’s. They said the cars were being brought down for test drive. Waited an hour and they never showed up. Just waisted our time.

Outstanding Customer service at all levels. Initially I went in to purchase CT5 V and that sale went phenomenal with Melvin. Came back a week later to purchase a XT5 Sport for my wife and my experience with Melvin and Kim was exactly the same as the first. We had a continuing issue with our XT5 and Mr Sigoreli, Melvin, Kim and KR stepped up and took it to another level with an experience that would not have happened at another dealership. The above situation would not have happened with out the assistance of Jim, Sandy and Ora in the service department. We are well seasoned car buyers and the Fields Team has taken it to another level. We will Def be back and would HIGHLY Refer them to anybody who is in the market for a Luxury Vehicle.
