Not feeling like a valued customer.

Not feeling like a valued customer. I keep asking for coupons for this dealership and nobody seems to care or even try to do anything about me getting them. I also feel like I?m treated like an idiot by a couple of the service advisors which I really don?t appreciate at all.

GMC Terrain Service Experience

Prompt and accurate diagnosis of problem, honest, pleasant to work with. Went out of their way to work me in as I needed a reliable car in which to keep my doctor's visit when the weather outside was cold and unpleasant.

Women beware! Take your husband with you!

First of all, I did not get serviced on 11/11/22, I was serviced on 11/10/22. This was a 2nd trip back to the dealership because I was not given proper tires that I was quoted. I was lied to and I am still waiting on someone to call me about adding a hazard package, which I understand that this dealership does not honor from online reviews. Because of this recent experience, I will refrain from going to this dealership in the future.

Not the type of dealer who cares.

Looking for an ongoing relationship with a car dealer and sure isn’t these guys. Love GMC products I just don’t enjoy being disrespected. Fortunately we have about five GMC dealers around me so it won’t be a problem to find a caring sales team. Have an appt with Dave Sinclair tomorrow so wish me luck!

Bommarito doesn't honor their promises.

They try and upcharge in the service department and they don't honor freebies given by the sales Department during purchase. A car is nothing but a commodity and these people rank low on my list of commodity dealers.

They suck!

They are happy to sell you a car, just don't try to contact them after you pay for it. Then, they don't want to talk to you. I suggest you get your used car from somewhere else.
