Anthony was amazing.

Anthony was amazing. He took care of me right away and had my service work started within 10 minutes. Best experience I have ever had at a dealership.

WASTE OF TIME.

WASTE OF TIME. Service Personnel Brian Guest has no clue what he is doing !!!! Spoke with customer service on Monday, August 26th and set up an appointment for today August 28th @9:30am for an oil change and tire rotation. Also please check windshield wiper as the fluid does not squirt out. Was told to ask for Brian Guest. Arrived on time and Brian took photos of the car and checked that the wiper motor works but the fluid does not come out. Also added to check the coolant level. He text us to tell us the price for the fluid issue would be $369.95 as the extended warranty does not cover it. We declined. Asked for an ETA as were were in the area waiting and never received a reply. So we drove over and was told it would be a few minutes as the person who arrived at 10:30am was first to get checked out. We arrived at 9:30am. HMMMMM So I confirmed they did the tire rotation and oil change and was told that was not on the list. WHAT????? We left and will never be coming back. 3 hours for nothing.
