Just let me say what an amazing experience. From the minute I walked in until driving off the lot…exceptional customer service from Mark! In fact, the entire dealership was stellar.

Greg did absolutely everything he could to get my 2018

Greg did absolutely everything he could to get my 2018 Nissan Rogue! Buying a car has never been so easy and smooth. Thank you for doing everything you could to get me into the Rogue. Definitely the best car experience I have been through. I would 100% recommended Greg! My salesmen was Luke and he made a stressful purchase one of the calmest. Very communicative as well!

Go somewhere else

Problems with service dept not fixing vehicle properly. They forgot to tighten oil filter. They will not refund me my canceled extended warranty money. No one will return your calls. Front desk doesn't care about customer service. They will lie to get you to buy from them.

Purchased a used car in October 2021.

Purchased a used car in October 2021. After having several problems with the service department I decided to cancel the extended warranty and sell the car. We cancelled the extended warranty March 4. The loan was paid off when the car was sold. I contacted the warranty company and was told the refund comes from the dealer so I went to the finance department and spoke to one of the finance guys. He was rude and told me I had to wait. It's been 6 weeks since I cancelled the warranty. Seems like the dealer was paid right away for the car and warranty but I'm still waiting for my refund. This dealer doesn't care about customer service after the sale. Their service department sucks and so does the finance department. They take advantage of the customer.

Inquired about a new 2020 Rogue. Mark reached out immediately and assisted me every step of the way. This was my second purchase through Mark and Bommarito and I have had zero complaints. Mark, the sales team, and everyone were professional, knowledgeable, and courteous every step of the way. Very happy that they were able to get me into the vehicle I wanted. I will be back for my next vehicle purchase.

Very pleasant experience at the Bommarito Nissan in Ballwin. We took our time looking around the lot at the new cars and when we were ready to talk with someone we were put in touch with two very helpful people, salesman Greg Kimbrell and Greg Frasca in finance. I would recommend anyone to go see them.
