cooL thing son loved it
Trevor was an awesome experience, he was to the point and not as pushy as the last 2 auto reps okay reason I did not rate higher - I still feel it was still a dealership they weren't really willing to compromise their price
John, thank you for sharing your experience! If there is anything that we could have done better, we would be happy to discuss that with you! Please let us know!

Be careful on here when Ethan contacts you
I wrote the review about not buying another Nissan from any dealership. Ethan contacted me and tried to make it seem like I was delusional and the only reason I got a loan was because of my veteran status. I already got pre approved from Nissan financial before I even went to the dealership
Thank you to Ethan Blake!
Hi.I came to Nissan to look for a 1st car for my daughter and found a nice Subaru that had literally been rolled off the truck. My salesman,Ethan Blake was fantastic! He was easy going,no pressure in any way, funny, energetic and was a phenomenal person all around.Very personable and even dealt with my husband in a respectful manner. He made the whole buying experience easy and stress-free.I feel truly honored to have had Ethan for our salesman as we found out that was his last day at the dealership before moving to Arizona. He definitely made buying a car a worthwhile experience.Ethan is an amazing person and will exceed at anything he does in life.He just has a wonderful personality with integrity to match.Again,I feel so blessed to have met Ethan.Best wishes to you and thank you!

The way to sell a vehicle
We recently purchased a used truck from Somersworth Nissan. We want to thank Nick McKinnon for a low key, non-pushy approach which made a usually stressful event much easier. Kudos to the other staff members as well for their help.
Ted And Donna, thank you for your kind review; we are happy to pass along your comments to the team here at Somersworth Nissan! Thanks again for taking the time to leave us this information about your recent visit. Take care!
although i did have a good salesperson, i realized almost immediately after the transaction, that i had been thoroughly screwed on the trade in.. i had traded in a 2012 toyota corolla in good condition, florida car with no rust and 48,000 miles.. they gave me 4000 dollars trade in on a car that was easily worth twice that . they made a lot of money from me i understand the car is on the lot for 3 times the money they gave me.. i could have easily gotten much more on a private sale i was led to believe they were going to wholesale it and there was all kinds of damage to the bumpers .. there is nothing i can do now, buti will never have anything to do with this dealership again.. upsets me every day

CUSOMER SERVICE…any real meaning to it??
I am again disappointed as I never received a reply to my last email of 5/18. Is that another shining example of customer Service? (IS THIS TOO SNARKY???] So I am trying to make sense to this whole experience so that I can do my reviews and get some closure on this. I came to Somersworth Nissan as a repeat customer who had bought 4 vehicles from your dealership, over the years, and believed I was in a place of familiarity and trust. We were welcomed as a valued and loyal customer. Trevor Baker-Small was our sales person, and I do highly commend him on his service and perseverance. We were shown 2 cars...a 2019 Nissan Rogue with 20k miles and a 2020 Subaru Forester with 55k Miles. We briefly drove both cars and decided to purchase the Subaru. Also, I would like to note, we paid cash for the entire transaction. The very next day, I had second thoughts and thought I ought to go with the car with lesser mileage. I contacted my sales person and informed him I wanted to make the change. He assisted through the process that cost me an additional $2000. In buying the Nissan, I was told that it would make sense to roll over the extended warranty or I would have to pay “fines and penalties”. And so, in trusting that I was working with my dealership of choice, I did so. I ended up paying $32025 + $4250 for an extended warranty for a car that sold for $26988. As the Nissan Rogue was not ready to pass an inspection, Ethan offered to let us take the Subaru (that we just returned) for the weekend trip we were about to embark upon that same day. That was, in fact, the the only real act of customer service that was clear to me, and greatly appreciated, although after driving the Subaru for the weekend, we came to really love it, and regretted selling it. We returned to the dealership, once again. I was offered $22131 for a trade-in on the Nissan Rogue, which never left the lot, when trying to repurchase the Subaru. I was told that I would have to pay $8490, if I kept the warranty, as the car was now not worth as much with another buyer on the record. Upon reading my contract, it clearly stated cancellation fee of service warranty was possible within 60 days for $50. I was told I would have to pay that $4250 + $2000+$6250 if I chose to cancel the warranty. Obviously, that was a major sum and an unreasonable amount. So, I drove away paying $5037 more than the sticker price on the Nissan Rogue. And now, that Subaru that was supposedly no longer as valued is for sale at more than the sticker price on the car when I originally bought it! I don’t see that it lost any value at all. In fact, it seemed to gain value overnight! After purchasing 5 cars from Somersworth Nissan, this is the customer service I received. All of that, and not even a reply to my last offer to try to come to sort of terms. I realize that the numbers that were flashed at me were confusing and difficult for me to comprehend, and fully acknowledge that my situation was difficult and time consuming. But as a business owner, myself, of 16 years I realize there are circumstances where one really has to bend to keep and honor an valued customer. Customer service is not always convenient, nor a term to be bantered about lightly. I am a retired customer, now living on a different income level and an long time customer who feels taken advantage of and disappointed in the consideration offered in this situation. I would never shop here again.
