New car purchase
John was an absolute Pleasure to work with. He was professional, and extremely knowledgeable. I was just exploring my options and he guided me in the right decision. I love my new Rogue!
Thank you Nissan Family
I finally broke down and had to buy a new car this year at probably one of the most stressful times in my life.. I have been a long standing customer with Somersworth Nissan since 2013 when i purchased my Sentra. I have since had the majority of all my major services done here on my car because they match any competitors price i have come across as well... Well it is now 2021 My sentra is still kicking I loved my car but it was time for a new one because she is now on her last breath... Sadly time to take on a car payment as a single mother again in these times was a difficult decision so I turned to my Nissan family and was set up with John Capen a salesman who helped me through the whole process kept me sane and was extremely honest and direct without being rude or pushy at all!! Its important to have trust in a sales team and that is what i got! Thank you John Capen along with the rest of your team Dustin, Ian, Jon and i will also mention the service team gets a kudos for diagnosing my Sentra. Thank you for making reliable transportation possible.
Fast and friendly car buying experience.
After needing a vehicle unexpectedly, Tyler at Somersworth Nissan was able to help me purchase a car I had seen online that fit my needs. He was friendly and helpful. Thank you!
GO TO SOMERSWORTH NISSAN!!!
If I could give more then 5 stars I would! My dealer John was not only extremely professional, but he made then entire experience so worth it to even be there. Great personality, and lots of knowledge. While understanding my financial needs, he spent 3 consecutive days doing his best to put me in a car that I loved and that was the right price for me. I highly suggest Somersworth Nissan, and definitely ask for John. You won’t be disappointed!!
I highly recommend working with Trevor Baker!
My car-buying experience at Somersworth Nissan was excellent, thanks to Trevor! After meeting him on the lot when I was just exploring my options about buying a 2-3 year old SUV with low mileage, I knew I wanted to work with him. He's very personable, professional, and knowledgeable about vehicles. His no-pressure style and the effort he put in to find the best vehicle for me at a fair price, were extremely important to me and key factors in my purchase. If anyone wants to work with an excellent sales rep, I highly recommend Trevor!
Good place top buy a car
We weren't sure what vehicle we wanted, but after telling Trevor what would work for us he pointed us to our new Rogue and we love it! He made sure that we had new tires on it so we could not take it home that day. But he and Jay listened to my disappointment about that small blip and were very understanding. I would definitely buy a vehicle there again.
Look no further. Go here and ask for Trevor Baker
I had the best car buying experience start to finish with Trevor! I just moved to the area and was in need of a vehicle right away. He listened to my needs and concerns, and helped me leave with the car I had my heart set on all day within my budget. Trevor turned a stressful experience into an exciting one.
No hassle buying. Quick process.
The process was quick with no hassle. Ashley was a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend this dealership. Very happy with the entire buying experience.
Happy with the experience
Stephanie and Ric and Team Nissan got me the truck I wanted, the way I wanted it, at a price I can live with. Look forward to picking it up at the end of the week.
Avoid this Stereotypical Shady Dealership
Stereotypical shady dealership. Save your time and money. Go elsewhere. I was sold a pre-owned SUV by Somersworth Nissan. Within 25 days of owning the car, one day the check engine light came on and the car suddenly stopped moving. That was the last time the car ever drove. And I had only had it for 25 days. No accidents or misuse. Now it's a $9500 piece of scrap metal. Since I was within my 30-day warranty, I contacted the dealership the next day. Because I had just barely exceeded the 1,000 miles (by less than 100 miles) they allow you to drive within the 30 days, the dealership stated that they would not be able to cover the issues with the vehicle. The issues the auto shop discovered were not issues that could have possibly accrued just over the course of only 25 days and little over only 1k miles. The issues found are as follows: multiple misfiring cylinders, rotted out exhaust, broken catalytic converters, broken cooling fan, etc. All of which come from a deeper issue that we were told would take 20 hours of labor to further figure out. We are talking about $5-8k in labor and parts to fix the issues. None of the issues would be covered by our powertrain warranty and despite selling us a car that broke down at no fault of our own, the dealership would not commit to making the situation right for us. I do not recommend this dealership. Their online department was respectful and professional, keeping the consumer touch with us until we arrived at the dealership but they do not handle the sales. We worked with their salesmen which were your stereotypical salesmen. We called the GM, Ric, who had emailed us to reach out to his personal line if we ever had any issues whatsoever. So we did. He was extremely disrespectful, immature and hard-headed. We have tried to continue to rationalize with them but get nowhere. Whether they knowingly or unknowingly sold us the car as a dud is unknown but their maturity and professionalism to honor the deal and follow through with us to make sure we were safe and happy in a new *working* vehicle was a major miss. Save yourself a major headache and your money and go elsewhere.
