I purchased a car from theses guys and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had buying a car. I was interested in a camaro that was listed to have only... 28k miles on it, when I arrived at the dealership the car had 32k miles on it. It was being driven daily by the owners son. So I proceeded to test drive the vehicle with Mitch and he suggested we only go around the block for a short test drive, at first I was kinda skeptical about that, given I wanted to test the car and make sure everything worked as it should. During the test drive Mitch switched seats with me and drove it himself to show me what the car can “really” do. As in he wanted to do a burn out and show me the performance of the car. So after we switched seats he then drove back to the lot. The car drove as it should. Nothing appeared to be wrong with the car. After the short test drive I asked him what all has been done to the car and where did you get the car etc etc.. Mitch could not give me any straight answers on those questions besides saying “I bought the car from Texas”. Then we did the paperwork, I traded my car in (witch was a camaro) for this camaro and got approved for a loan. Everything went good until the next day when Mitch texted my personal cell and asked for me to bing in bank statements. I was very cautious about this because I didn’t understand why they would want my bank statement’s after I already got approved for the loan the day before and the paperwork was completed and the trade was officially done. I asked why they would need that and Mitch said the bank wants the statement. So I went and gave them a statement. On the way there the car they sold me started having problems (100 miles into owning the new car). The power steering shut off and I confronted Ken and Mitch about the problem and they responded with “ get an attorney if you want your car fixed” and would not produce any service records or copies of the paperwork I signed the day of the sale. By the way, they knew about all the problems the car had. They cleared the codes and got the engine light turned off so I wouldn’t notice during the test drive. They really know how to get over on people. They also lied to me about the car being under warranty. I would never go back to these guys
Overall it was a excellent experience. The process was painless and our Jeep runs good. The salesman was easy to deal with. Keep in mind this is a no-haggle... dealership but the prices are reasonable.
Great prices and nice clean cars. You can tell they try to sell top notch cars.
Thank you for your kind review.
Family owned and operated here locally. By far the best car buying experience EVER!!! Treated me like family, offered warranty and gave a great price on... trade. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a vehicle!!
Thank you for your kind review.
This is a good dealer I really liked it, but they wont be able to negotiate the price with them.
Although I did not buy a vehicle from Ken, yet, I did have a great experience in working with Ken & Mitch. They definitely will go out of their way in... making sure you are a satisfied customer (even if you don't buy a vehicle from them), & I truly believe that they do sell great cars at great prices. If you hate dealing with dealerships, you gotta go see Ken & Mitch! When the time is right for me to start looking for a vehicle again, I will definitely be visiting Showcase Cars & Trucks!
Called Showcase to inquire about purchasing a vehicle. Discussed trade and told them we would arrive 3-4 hours. Drove 2 hours to find out they had sold... the vehicle before we arrived. I'm a man of my word. Their action told me everything I needed to know about their business practices. Your mileage may vary.
This was my fault, I told this person I would call if we sold the car to save them the drive. We sold the car about 30min Before they got here and I f...orgot to call them. I offered to pay for there trip but no deal. I will try and do better next time.
