He sold me a 2012 Suzuki SX4 that was "inspected". I had brake issues a year later and could barely drive it (grinding noises when braking and accelerating, ABS system going off, brakes always engaged when driving and burning more fuel, etc.). I took it to a mechanic and they found that the brake rotors were installed incorrectly. The rotors were mismatched and installed on the wrong side. This is gross negligence. I had to get my brake system replaced. I called the seller and he didn't even want to look at the mechanic's report. He told me the car worked when I drove it off the lot and that he would only guarantee the car for 30 days, but the truth is that the car was sold with an improperly installed brake system that took a year to start showing symptoms. The seller hung up on me. Buyer beware. If the car runs for 30 days, then it was sold in "working order." If it falls apart after 30 days due to gross negligence/incompetence of the seller's inspection mechanic, that's your problem.

The owner, John, is very friendly and gives personal assistance, but also space when needed. He is obviously a car enthusiast so you can benefit from his knowledge and experience. He knows his stock and will work to find what best suits your specific needs within your budget. I loved the car I test drove and eventually bought, but there was some quiet road noise I was unsure of. John had it checked out when put in for the oil change the day I picked it up and did a repair that morning to make sure it was perfect! My car is 4 years old and it was immaculate cleaned! Definitely had that new car smell. He is never pushy even though I'm pretty sure he knew what car I should buy before I did! The stock he carries is varied so you'll find a lot of options on the lot. I noticed a Florida car when I was there. Would definitely recommend this solid, honest dealer and I am SO HAPPY with my new car!

Amazing dealer service around the Henrietta area. Cars are all priced between $3000 to $8000, so it's affordable and valuable! Had all available facilities there, so any minor fixes with the cars are doable. Paperwork were all obtained easily and strait-forward, no hassle at all. Best of all, all important services are done to the car without additional charge before driving off.

Second purchase for a reason. John sells quality cars without pressure and reasonable prices. He is kind and patient and sells good vehicles. Thanks again we will be back.
