I purchased a 2015 Kia Optima from another dealership in March 2016. I had such a horrible experience with the deaslership that I felt hopeless and wasn't at peace with the car. I called Twin City and spoke to Bobby Pirtle about my situation. Bobby was so helpful. He listened to my problem and offered a variety of suggestions to help resolve my problem. After a few days, I decided to just trade in the car. I went to Twin City that Saturday and traded in the 2015 Kia Optima for a 2016 Toyota Camry and couldn't be happier. I absolutely love my Camry. It looks great and drives smoothly. Melanie Kamer helped me with my financing and she was awesome. I can't express my gratitude for the excellent customer service and compassion that I received from the Twin City Toyota team especially from Bobby, Melanie and Todd. Best decision I've made and regret not going there in the first place.

7/28/2016 Drove over an hour out of our way to take advantage of a super deal on our new RAV4! Aaron was fun to work with, and very knowledgeable! He put forth their best deal, and we were pleased to not have to haggle over anything! Financing was a breeze, with no pressure to buy extras, BIG learning curve for me coming out of a 95 Jeep :)) Love my new SUV!!!!! We highly recommend Twin City Toyota :))
