When I walked in this establishment they made me feel welcomed and that was a good vibe. The young lady that help me was named Jasmine Scott. When I say... this young lady was good, she really was. She put her all into this. She helped me get a SUV. She picked the color so when I seen it I said how did you know I like this color, she smiled. She got things set up for me on my car. I want to say Thank you Jasmine you are a wonderful person and sales person. Keep doing what you do. I would recommend you you get "10" rating from me. I came to banister after visiting a total of 3 other dealerships, what brought me in was their website UNMATCHED, to say the least. My husband met with... Jean Castel upon arrival (I was on the phone) from the first meeting I was impressed, my husband asked for and appraisal thats it thats all. There was no pressure to buy although I ultimately did but Mr. Castel made this process as smooth as possible. I met with Mr. Castel within the same week, I didnt have to beg for my numbers he was extremely transparent, and knowledgeable. I took my brand new Altima home that same night, Id never bought brand new before so that was an experience in its self. Jean assisted me with transferring carseat base securely, and helped me setup functions and understand my new car before taking it home. Helping set my Bluetooth is a life saver because I am not tech savvy. Also because Im 5,11 Castel also showed me how to make my steering wheel comfortable. Now my husband is coming in for his new car and refuses anyone else Castel is our go to. Also our 9 year old son is extremely obsessed with him. New Nissan family also my car needed an inspection before Nissan would purchase for trade so Jean walked me over and made sure to introduce me to service, got my car in and out. Everyone even Aaron was friendly from finance I absolutely love this dealership.

My wife purchased a 2019 Rogue at Banister Nissan. She was telling me to go talk with Jean at Banister Nissan. I wanted to go somewhere else to shop for... a truck; but she told me how nice, friendly, and clean the place where. I decide to check out the place. When I walked into Banister Nissan the salesperson and his team was professional and well dress in their suits and ties. Jean took his time in showing me what was on the lot. I test drove the Titan 2020 (black). I felt like a king getting a new toy. Jean took time to explain all of the functions Tian had on the truck. It was a great experience from the salesperson to the person who did my financial paperwork. I would recommend Jean and the team anyrime. Keep up the good work Jean.
