I was extremely nervous about purchasing a used car because of bad luck in the past. We ended up purchasing a 2008 Subaru Impreza from Alex this past Saturday. I'm very satisfied with my purchase. We took the car to a Subaru dealership today and the repairs it needs were minor. We got not only a great deal on the car but excellent customer service--we would have had to drive 6 hours for it but Alex met us with it halfway which made everything go a lot smoother than it probably would have. I would highly recommend Cedar Auto Group to anyone looking to buy a used car.

A Few Hiccups in Communication, But No Regrets!
It has been just over 30 days since I bought my 2001 Toyota Tundra from Moe. My buying experience started with a slight miscommunication when I called and asked to come look at the truck. I was told the truck would be on the lot so I packed up after work and headed out. I got to Cedar Auto Group, but unfortunately they had just sent it to have the brakes redone. No problem, I left my name and number and asked for a call back when it came back to the lot. After a few days I got impatient and called and was told it would be back on lot that day, so I packed up and headed back to see Moe. I fell in love with the truck instantly. It fits all my needs, looks great, and was a fantastic buy. I worked a deal with Moe and told him I would be back with my letter for financing. I showed up letter in hand on July 2nd, and walked out with keys to my truck. However, the truck was not 100%. Within the first 10 hours the A/C quit working and the check engine light came on. I was really worried because I did sign a "As Is" form. I called Moe on July 3rd and explained my issues. He said he would call his shops and get me a time to get it looked at, but because of the Holiday it might be a few days. I showed back up to see Moe on Thursday 10th at 12:00 for my appointment to take it to the garage. Moe called his garage, but he was busy with a head gasket replacement. Moe asked me to leave the truck and they would take it to the shop. I explained that my wife wouldn't be off work for another 4 hours. Moe came through big time and lent me a vehicle from the lot. I got a call late Friday that my truck was done and I said I would be back to pick it up Saturday morning. Moe met me Saturday morning and I informed him I put $20 in gas in the loaner vehicle to get it back to where it was when I borrowed it. Moe immediately reached into his pocket and was going to reimburse me. I politely declined and told him it was the least I could do since he got my truck fixed for free and gave me the loaner. I have had zero issues with my truck since then other than my wife wanting to take it all the time instead of the family van. Thanks Moe and Cedar Auto Group!

Honest, Friendly, Great Prices and Nice Cars
I have always preferred leasing or financing new cars because used car salesmen are often very "difficult" people to deal with. Faced with a situation where I had to buy a used car with a limited budget, I went from one to the next car lot all around cleveland, olmsted, youngstown, canton and Akron; until I came across Mohammad at Cedar Auto. He has around 40 cars in his lot, most of them in great shape and better prices. I was particularly interested in a Subaru impreza and an Acura TSX, and went with the latter in the end. But regardless of my preferences, throughout the process, Moe was very nice, accommodating and patient. He is very up front and honest about his cars and the whole process, which is very refreshing after you have been around. Even after the sale was concluded, he was very much in touch and on top of the title transfers and was very cooperative about the paperwork and any queries I had following the sale. Whether you end up buying from him or not, I highly recommend a visit to his car lot if you intend to buy or sell a used car.

The Best Car Deal Ever!!
After a very long and not so fun experience down the road in the Falls, I was headed home and getting ready to call it a day. I had just one last stop in me and that is when I pulled into Cedar Auto Group. Not only was I greeted fast and friendly from the staff, I was also impressed at the over all knowledge of the inventory. When it then came down to pricing they got the owner involved and made it happen! This is a family ran business with the true driving force of Customer Satisfaction! Great, low pressure buying experience
All of the vehicles on the lot were in great condition and worth consideration. They gave me plenty of time to look over the vehicle on my own without putting pressure on me to buy immediately. They drove 30+ miles to my house after the sale to replace a broken seatbelt latch that I found before the sale. I am very pleased with the way I was treated and with my vehicle.

I saw an ad for a Pickup at Cedar Auto group and phone. They were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I went to see the vehicle and they were friendly and welcoming. There was a relaxed environment and no pressure. When I decided to purchase the vehicle they smoothed the whole process in a expert and timely way and I took delivery the next day.
