Went there over a week ago for service.
Went there over a week ago for service. Requested they look and see why engine light was on. They told me they didn't have time. I asked couldnt they just run a quick diagnostic and tell me what's wrong. I wasn't asking them to fix the problem. I was told "it takes alot more than that". I knew I was being told a lie becaue I had already had another place look at it and IT ONLY TOOK 10 MINUTES. I just wanted them to confirm what was told to me since this is where I purchased it. Then I was told I needed some new filters....so they had time to replace filters but not do a 10-minute diagnostic!!!! HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!!! I'm actively looking to purchase a Wagoneer, but I will NEVER purchase another vehicle from them!!! I prefer to spend my money at a place that continues to appreciate and respect customers....long after a purchase has been made.

Easy peasy to do business with. Paperwork was fast - found me a great rate - and my salesperson Ryan Parsons was super responsive to all my questions. Would buy a car (or another Jeep) from them again!!

Poor communication.
Poor communication. I had to email them multiple times. This resulted in the car being sold before I could make an offer. I will not look at cars from this dealership again.

His demeanor and attention to detail made my visit to the dealership a pleasant experience overall.
