Mike Dubour is the best!!

I always work with my guy Mike Dubour. He has sold me three vehicles now. I like Mike because he is very easy going, is straight forward and he knows his stuff. If you need a vehicle I would highly recommend you go see Mike and I can guarantee it will go super smooth for you. Every time I buy another car from Mike its the best car buying experience ever! Thanks Mike. Jimmy Corners

Easy process

I went in the other day completely anxiety filled & stressed wondering if I was going to be able to get a new car. Being newly pregnant I needed something bigger & more reliable & Mike was absolutely AMAZING! He was friendly, attentive & got me approved for a car I could only dream of having! I highly recommend thrifty to anyone looking for something new, I promise you won’t regret it! Like

Dealer response

Kim, How are we lying? You agreed to an amount to have your vehicle fixed at a different location to save you the trip to the dealership. THESE ARE YOUR Words "I'm only going to ask this one time even though I'm still out $230.00 which is completely unfair, If you can mail me a check for $300.00 dollars I will not go forward with small claims. " We agreed to a number, and you are changing it on me so I'm the bad guy? How does that work? Please be advised that we have no issue with going to court. Courts are usually very levelheaded and understand the law as well take in consideration that you agreed to something and are trying to change an amount. For the additional amount that you are requesting normally we would make a business decision not to have to deal with going to court / wasting time and money and just pay the amount and move forward. Since we already paid to have it repaired at our service facility, they would have redone the job for free to the dealership however you stated that you were not bringing it back. We agreed that we would pay $260. I feel that it is completely unfair that you will slander us after agreeing to something and now want to change it. If it is worth your time and to go to court that is fine. We will have no issue about defending our position. If in the next few days you would like me to prepare the check for the agreed amount of $260 please let me know.

Bad people to deal with,I've seen people come and

The owner doesn't respect the customer at all.my second car for me and all kinds of problems and. No one wants to help and doesn't care after I bought the car.non professional at all,big loosers

Ongoing Headache

I will try to keep this short, because i could write a novel. i gave a deposit for first right of refusal on a 2019 truck that hadnt arrived yet. when it came in, the price went up because it needed tires and brakes. my deposit was on an agreed price, but whatever. also note this was 2 months ago, and the truck hasn't gotten brakes done. AFTER completing the sale, theytell me, we don't have the title for it. waited a week for the title, they didn't give me a loaner even though I couldn't drive the truck i bought from them. I was promised the truck would have a full tank of gas and they would get it inspected. picked it up with 15 miles to empty and no sticker. a week later, the engine sounded like a bag of bolts. the salesman got back to me once or twice before finally blowing me off. i was told he no longer worked there. 2 more weeks, and finally get ahold of someone to drop the truck off and have it fixed. brought the truck and no one knew why I was there. they at least gave me a loaner. thrifty told me they would be bringing the truck to marcotte for repairs in the next day or 2. drove by a week later and it was still at thrifty. once the truck was in, marcotte contacted me to ask some questions. the next day thrifty called and said "good news, were bringing your truck to Sarat and its covered under factory warranty." this is from the same guy who told me it was going to marcotte. they had me confused with a different customer and generally had no idea what was going on. over the next month, I received little to no correspondence from thrifty and had to call marcotte myself for updates. the service advisor at marcotte also expressed frustration that thrifty was dragging their feet. the truck should have been repaired under 30 day dealer warranty, but thrifty used the extended warranty that I paid for. we were constantly waiting on the warranty company and the truck sat apart in the mechanics bay for a month. it seems they rely on this warranty to allow them to sell questionable vehicles. finally get a call on a Thursday morning, "hey your truck will be ready for you this afternoon". on my way to thrifty I get another call, "warranty company hasn't paid, truck isn't ready, come back tomorrow". I pull into thrifty on Friday, and the truck isn't there. what was there was the salesman that blew me off and I was told was no longer employed, nice surprise. but all 3 of them forgot about my truck again, and failed to pick it up. they were also shocked to find that I had one of their cars, (they didn't know where it was). I had several complaints about the truck, only 1 was addressed. the brakes that still havent been changed generated enough rust to stain the new tires brown. the truck vibrates and makes noise at 30mph. the trans shifts hard. the drivers window skips. the day i brought it to them i had to hold the door closed with my seat belt. they sold it with a tow hitch locked in the receiver with no key. this is a $40k truck. after reading the repair order for $4500 in repairs, the technician stated (paraphrasing) "sludge found in engine, pieces of broken parts likely spread throughout engine, repeat repairs are likely, but warranty company only authorized bare minimum." and these are only the key points, I could continue.
