So I did a online application said I was approved and
So I did a online application said I was approved and told me how much down and what the monthly payment would be then when I get there they said the bank wouldn’t loan the money but they said they could put me in cars that was around the same price years and mileage I think they push what they have a hard time selling on to people with lower credit scores they bait you in and put you in something totally different how could they say I was approved by a lender and they wanted x amount down and a monthly payment of x amount of dollars if it wasn’t approved it was all xx to me

The salesman mislead me throughout the entire process.
The salesman mislead me throughout the entire process. Everything from being able to swap tire brands and type of step rails to the final price being cash vs financing. I was told the price, and I was prepared to pay cash. But then the sales manager tells me to get that price I have to finance. The finance rate kept changing based on more rebates that I could get that would lower the price. At the end, the price was exactly the same as the cash price but at a 4.9 interest rate. The Sales Manager said I would get the rebates mailed to me, but the fine print in the contract says all the rebates go to the dealer. Now, here is the kicker. The truck was sold to me as brand new but turns out it was a demonstrator for another manager named Kerry. I can't believe the number of lies they have told me throughout the process. It seems it's just in their DNA as a company. I will never buy another vehicle from this or any of Landers McLarty dealerships.
