Be careful when buying a second hand car.
Be careful when buying a second hand car. Drive out the garage 4 yards and you’ll not covered and they couldn’t care less.

I had a great experience at Red Hoaglund Hyundai.
I had a great experience at Red Hoaglund Hyundai. Dana Cameron in internet sales assisted me first and provided details on the vehicle to affirm my interest, then handed me over to Kiel Ramoutar in sales. Kiel was a total professional and answered my numerous questions about the vehicle and the Red Hoagland sales process. I scheduled my arrival date and time with a schedule constraint that was fully respected and honored. With the help of Jason in Finance I was out the door and in my new Hyundai in record time. This was the best dealership sales experience I've had in 25 years. I will definitely return for my next Hyundai or Genesis purchase! Thank you Kiel, Jason and Dana for the great sales experience.

The salesperson was well-informed and eventually took
The salesperson was well-informed and eventually took care of all my concerns. He was able to locate the exact vehicle I wanted. I am pleased with his responses to my concerns. The finance department was sketchy. The paperwork for the loan was not shown to me by the finance personnel before I signed it. I was told the monthly payment and the number of payments due. It was handed to me in a sealed envelope. It wasn’t til I opened it at home that I realized the terms and what had been sold to me as extras were not what I wanted. I returned the following day to clean up the contract. I ended up with a longer term than I wanted but the extras were removed as requested. If the finance person had printed and shown me the line items in the contract prior to my signing an electronic tablet agreeing to the terms a whole lot of time and energy could have been saved and the length of payments would have been 48 instead of 72.

I drove from Tampa to get a car here.
I drove from Tampa to get a car here. The team did such a great job that I would go back there in a heartbeat, even though there is a dealer closer. They accommodated all my requests and got me in and out very quickly. Mo was fantastic, and I LOVE my new Hyundai Santa Fe Hybrid.

Took to long.
Took to long. Did not make sure I was familiar with the car and took an hour just to clean the car. Also was back last week as the windshield washer didn’t work
