Dishonest, Evasive, and Sold Me a Car With Serious
Dishonest, Evasive, and Sold Me a Car With Serious Problems My experience with Ultimate Motor Sport has been incredibly disappointing and frustrating. From the start, the process was disorganized, and it only went downhill from there. First, they do not hold vehicles during financing, even when you're actively working on your application. They ask for a $500 hold payment. That's a poor business practice and adds unnecessary pressure. The salesperson, Jovan, messed up my down payment more than once, despite clear communication. I had to correct him multiple times just to get the paperwork accurate. The real problems started as soon as I drove off the lot. The check engine light came on almost immediately, so I took the vehicle to BMW for a diagnostic. What they found was alarming: Transmission Control Unit recall Malfunctioning radiator blinds Collapsed engine mounts (critical) Leaking rear differential axle seal (critical) Total repair cost: over $7,000 -- and none of it was covered under the $3,500 extended warranty they sold me. I later found out from the warranty company (Elite) that Ultimate Motor Sport never even paid them so the coverage was denied. I had to cancel it myself, and while I did eventually receive a refund, it took an entire month. In addition, one of the tires had a bubble, and all four were winter tires, completely inappropriate for my area. I had to replace all four, costing me $2,000. They also lied about having completed an oil change -- BMW confirmed it hadn't been done. They even tried to quiet me with a $700 payment, but I declined. I'd rather speak up and warn others not to do business with a dealership like this. If you're considering Ultimate Motor Sport, save yourself the trouble and **go to a reputable dealership** that stands behind its vehicles. I originally chose this place because Capital One listed them as a trusted partner, but that trust was clearly misplaced. I'm now working with Capital One directly to report this experience and help prevent others from going through the same. And for anyone reading this: I'm sure they'll respond with something like, "This was an as-is, no warranty purchase." But **most reputable dealers don't reset the check engine light just to trick people into buying a car. Transparency and customer support are not what you'll receive here. Expect shady business tactics, misleading promises, and a struggle to get any help once your money is in their hands. Don't just take my word for it -- read their reviews online. This isn't a one-time incident. It's a pattern.

Jovan did a great job helping us purchase a car.
Jovan did a great job helping us purchase a car. My son was a first time buyer and he walked him through the process. Would recommend.

Ultimate Motorsports made my car-buying experience
Ultimate Motorsports made my car-buying experience absolutely amazing! I purchased a 2020 Toyota RAV4 last month, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. The team was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and made sure every detail was handled smoothly. They went above and beyond to ensure I felt confident in my purchase, and the process was seamless from start to finish. My RAV4 drives like a dream, and I’m loving every moment behind the wheel. Thank you for the outstanding service and for helping me find the perfect vehicle!"

After purchasing a Maserati from Ultimate motorsport, it
After purchasing a Maserati from Ultimate motorsport, it became apparent that the vehicle required new coolant lines. Upon further inspection, it was discovered that the coolant lines were either damaged, worn out, or potentially never replaced, despite the vehicle being sold as in good condition. The intentional concealment of major mechanical issues —raises questions about the dealership's practices. THEY WON'T LET A THIRD PARTY MECHANIC INSPECT THEIR VEHICLES!! The discovery of the faulty coolant lines is blatant fraud on the part of Ultimate Autosport, as the vehicle WAS misrepresented to the buyer. The dealership failed to disclose known issues and neglected to perform necessary maintenance before selling the car, which would be a clear violation of consumer protection laws and unethical business practices. In light of this, it appears that Ultimate Autosport is engaging in fraudulent behavior by selling vehicles that are not in the condition they claim, potentially endangering customers and causing significant unexpected expenses. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS NECESSARY

Worked with Mr Wong.
Worked with Mr Wong. I have bought cars in every state I’ve lived from LA to New Mexico and now Texas. This is the car guy you’re looking for. They’re the perfect mix of professional car loving deal makers. You’ll get a sense immediately they’re in the business because of a deep love for cars. Their lot is filled with beautiful rides and they have prices reflecting a dealership that isn’t right off the freeway which is expensive, causes price gauging, and very common in Houston area. I believe in my 20+ years of buying cars this is the first time I didn’t negotiate price. The price was right. The car was stunning. Anthony was a straight shooter. This is most definitely the place worth buying from and potentially will be where I buy all my cars in Houston.

crooked /kroo͝k′ĭd/ - an adjective meaning dishonest or
crooked /kroo͝k′ĭd/ - an adjective meaning dishonest or unscrupulous; fraudulent. FACTS: I live 1.5 hours from Ultimate Motorsports Inc. I spoke to Anthony Wong on April 8th. Anthony stated: "I've driven the car. It is in excellent shape. Just the typical rock chips you'd expect on a 2 year old car. Anthony texted me 20 minutes after I hung up the phone claiming an online buyer had placed a deposit and there is a 3 day hold. Also said they wouldn't take my money if I showed up. I told Anthony to just lose my information bc this sounds suspicious. Car is still for sale today, 4-21-2025 including ebay buy it now. I called and spoke to "Dan" who said it was still available. I drove to go look at it. When Dan was asked why I wasn't asked to give a deposit 20 minutes before the online buyer Dan stated "I'm sure Anthony had a good reason." When I arrived "Dan introduced himself as "Omar." He said he usually goes by Dan. The car was parked out front. The rear quarter panel has a crease in it. There were at least 2 serious dings on the driver side doors. Additional on passenger side. The driver window was BROKEN...smashed. "OMAR" declined to mention any of this on the phone or when I was en route. Omar stated that "those pictures were taken from 20 feet away." Omar stated that these issues with the car were only bc it was a new arrival. It was not a new arrival, and I called him out on the spot. Omar had nothing tangible to say in response that was not a lie that he was telling in spite of the obvious evidence to the contrary. Careful inspection of the pictures on their website gave the impression of an almost mint, 2 yr old car. That was not the case. Speculation: They are obvious farming positive reviews from one of those businesses that serves that exact need...FRAUD. They do not want people showing up to their location. I sensed it from the beginning. You don't need an MBA to see what is likely going on here. They buy vehicles at wholesale and sell online with firm prices that lock in profits. By the time someone has taken delivery.....they have a loan or are out a large sum of cash. They have paid a large sum to have the car delivered. The asset has been transferred from UMS to the buyer. He could sue, but that's expensive. Mediation is likely in the contracts. Once delivered there's zero problem or liability for them unless someone is going to spend tens of thousands more to file a lawsuit. BE CAREFUL!!! Special note: Their detail guys are rock stars. The paint that wasn't scratched and dinged, looked better than almost any other Tesla I looked at.

So first I would like to start out by saying that I live
So first I would like to start out by saying that I live in Michigan a bit of a drive from Huston jaja but when I saw this dealership to be honest with all of you, I was a bit hesitant. I don’t tend to trust people very easily, and I don’t normally write reviews they just take to much time but anyway and buying a car without inspecting it is normally a big NO!!! however, from the moment I started interacting with Anthony, his willingness to give discretionary effort and go the extra mile to where even though in doubt, I decided to take a plunge and see what would happen and I must say I never thought a car purchase could be this pleasant, today i enjoy my daily commute to work in an X4, I can’t speak for everyone but in my case they have my vote of confidence and recommendation thank you team God Bless and good Job 👍🏾
