My wife and I were looking for a new Jeep so we decided to go to Glendale Chrysler jeep after reading they are a family owned business. When we arrived we were assigned a salesman who was very nice at first, after looking at a couple of vehicles and started talking price the attitude seemed to change to the point we felt we were wasting his time, the back and forth to the managers office got old especially after we told him that we would pay a certain price and if that would not work for them we would look elsewhere and no hard feelings. After several trips back and forth to the managers office they accepted the offer on the used Jeep. We were told that they only had one key and would get a second programmed. They had the Jeep for a full week after the deal was done and we were told that issues found with vehicle and key would be taken care of before we picked up vehicle next week. We arrived to pick up the vehicle and were given one key, salesman stated that they were waiting on previous owner to drop it off. After waiting two weeks and receiving no paperwork to register the vehicle the salesman called and said that we needed to take the car to the inspection station before we could get paperwork and that now we had to bring vehicle back to dealership on a Monday morning to get key programmed. We took vehicle and obtained proper paperwork that should have been done at dealership, we received paperwork and got the vehicle licensed one day before temp tags expired. Car was taken to dealership on a Monday morning for key, was told that the “guy” that does them gets there between nine and nine thirty. I was there a nine and he showed up at ten. Needless to say I sat in the dealership from nine until twelve thirty for a key to be programmed. So in summary to say our experience at Glendale Chrysler Jeep was a disappointment is an understatement. We would recommend looking elsewhere. It was obvious that they have no respect for anyone or anyone’s time.

After intense negotiations we reached a deal that I feel
After intense negotiations we reached a deal that I feel was a descent deal of course I would have liked to have gotten more for my car and given less for theirs along with a few more concessions from them but overall I think things worked out pretty good.

I've had my 2016 Jeep Renegade in to Glendale 4 times now
I've had my 2016 Jeep Renegade in to Glendale 4 times now & the problem is still NOT FIXED! After telling them multiple times that I am leaking coolant somewhere, they kept telling me it's fixed. I was filling coolant up every other day! It is NOT fixed. They replaced the radiator, hoses (that I had to pay for) thermostat, they said it was fixed. NO it wasn't. Still leaking coolant somewhere. Had them tell me 3x all is good, all is fixed. Kept telling them its a cracked head gasket. This is not my 1st Jeep. This is my 4th over the years. Sure enough took them 3 days to figure out that it was a blown gasket due to a warped block, warpage between cylinder 1 & 2. Warranty covered an engine replacement when it was said & done. I picked it up this evening & it was running good when they brought it out to me. However, I went out later, started it up & it barely started! Sounds like metal grinding on metal. Chugs along & eventually starts up. Lift the hood to get video of what it's doing & sounding like so I can prove something is NOT RIGHT! What do I see, a "black blinking box". I've been told it's their diagnostic tool. Well it barely wants to start, sounds like metal on metal grinding when it does start, and they left their diagnostic tool behind. These guys are a bunch of hacks!! I'm so mad I'm in tears!! Due to warranty, I'm told I have to continue to go back to them! My next contact is to the warranty company to see what can be done at this point. DO NOT GO TO GLENDALE AT ANY COST!

Beware of their dishonest, shady, deceitful business practices. Glendale no longer takes pride in a trusted reputation. The days of return customer loyalty has been replaced by shifty sales tactics. They just want to make a quick dollar instead of providing reputable customer service.
