Purchased a used vehicle (~70k miles) for my son who is about to turn 15. Had driven it 4x & did not even fill it up with a tank of gas 1 month in. Noticed that the heat on the drivers side was not working. Took back to the dealership who indicated the warranty would cover it. Had to call them to get an update after 3 days (instead of them calling me). They then indicated it would cost me $3k to fix. I asked for a breakdown of parts / labor 3x before finally getting it & them indicating it was actually $2400. After speaking to the sales manager several times, there was no willingness on behalf of the dealership to fix the damaged goods they sold to me. The sales manager ended up hanging up on me one time ending the call with an F bomb. I have asked for the sales managers boss now 7x & am not getting any availability for that. I have purchased cars from a few dealerships in StL & have had zero issues ever. This dealership not only struggles with customer service, but their tactics are very sketchy to say the least. Avoid at all costs.

I can not tell you enough how great of experiences I have had with this dealership. My wife and I both lease our trucks and jeeps from glendale. We have used the same salesman over and over. Steve Hemenway has made every purchase very easy and enjoyable. If you go online and do a loan application first, he will get you in and out. We were literally in the finance office for 10 minutes, because Steve made sure everything was done. We had a friend who also purchased a new vehicle the same night, unfortunately from another dealer, ave they told us they were at that dealership for over four hours, haggling back and forth and finally making it into the finance office. Thank you Steve for making the entire process so easy. I also would like to say that the service department is top tier as well. My truck had a computer issue with only 4800 miles. Service brought a loaner vehicle out to me and picked up my truck since I was unable to leave job at that time. I could not believe they were willing to do that for me. Then you Glendale for your exceptional customer service and again Steve Hemenway for making us feel like family. Mike and Valerie

The people here do not care about their customers or care whether they are happy with their vehicles. We wanted to go over the situation that they put us in (they acknowledge they put us in this situation), but the manager just kept yelling at me and wouldn't even listen to my side. It's the most insane and upsetting car-buying experience of my life. Absolutely wild. I just want to warn everyone not to buy from these psychopaths.

Ms. Applesauce, we do care about our customers. For over 50 years we have been a purveyor of customer happiness. We did go over the situation with you when you were here. We offered to help you with your rental car costs, you accepted. We cut the check and you seemed happy? We also paid for your $40 lunch today. The salesperson has contacted you, we have the proof that he dialed your number numerous times to keep you updated. I strongly advise against doing any business with Glendale Chrysler Jeep. My experience with this dealership has been nothing short of disastrous. After multiple delays, broken promises, and a complete lack of professional communication, my Jeep was finally repaired after 4 months in the shop. Adding insult to injury, when my wife came to pick up the vehicle, she overheard the service writer, Kyle Lohmeyer, saying, “Get her Jeep and get her the f**k out of here.” Such blatant disrespect and dishonesty are completely unacceptable. His unprofessional behavior demonstrates a lack of integrity and customer care that is beyond comprehension. The dealership’s Management (Joshua Younger) Service Department and Stellantis Customer Care have been dismissive, unprofessional, and entirely unacceptable. My trust in Glendale Chrysler Jeep has been completely eroded, and I would strongly recommend caution to anyone considering doing business with them. Their level of incompetence, dishonesty, and blatant disregard for customer satisfaction is outrageous. Save yourself the hassle—look elsewhere for a reputable company.

My wife and I were looking for a new Jeep so we decided to go to Glendale Chrysler jeep after reading they are a family owned business. When we arrived we were assigned a salesman who was very nice at first, after looking at a couple of vehicles and started talking price the attitude seemed to change to the point we felt we were wasting his time, the back and forth to the managers office got old especially after we told him that we would pay a certain price and if that would not work for them we would look elsewhere and no hard feelings. After several trips back and forth to the managers office they accepted the offer on the used Jeep. We were told that they only had one key and would get a second programmed. They had the Jeep for a full week after the deal was done and we were told that issues found with vehicle and key would be taken care of before we picked up vehicle next week. We arrived to pick up the vehicle and were given one key, salesman stated that they were waiting on previous owner to drop it off. After waiting two weeks and receiving no paperwork to register the vehicle the salesman called and said that we needed to take the car to the inspection station before we could get paperwork and that now we had to bring vehicle back to dealership on a Monday morning to get key programmed. We took vehicle and obtained proper paperwork that should have been done at dealership, we received paperwork and got the vehicle licensed one day before temp tags expired. Car was taken to dealership on a Monday morning for key, was told that the “guy” that does them gets there between nine and nine thirty. I was there a nine and he showed up at ten. Needless to say I sat in the dealership from nine until twelve thirty for a key to be programmed. So in summary to say our experience at Glendale Chrysler Jeep was a disappointment is an understatement. We would recommend looking elsewhere. It was obvious that they have no respect for anyone or anyone’s time.

After intense negotiations we reached a deal that I feel was a descent deal of course I would have liked to have gotten more for my car and given less for theirs along with a few more concessions from them but overall I think things worked out pretty good.
