they're financing is absolutely horrible.

they're financing is absolutely horrible. I went to Carvana, and another place called Queen motor company which is a joke on the wall place in Indiana and got a 7.5% interest rate. Dean team acted like they were doing me a favor at 12.5%. Rhey would not budge either. stay away

Derek helped me troubleshoot a few really simple things

Derek helped me troubleshoot a few really simple things with the technology of my new truck, all in the matter of minutes. Nothing was wrong with the truck they sold me, just a bit of user error that had me in a panic! I’m really grateful for the quick and kind service.

Dean Team VW Kirkwood started out with a great

Dean Team VW Kirkwood started out with a great experience; Michael and I did the deal for a used Eos online; he picked us up and welcomed us. BUT the car had not been prepped, no gas, dirty, blocked in, AND the passenger seat was inoperable, locked. SERVICE would not fix it, "takes too much time". My brother and I were assured by Michael and others to take car "We will take care of it "so we drive off in Eos and had it fixed for $358.44 back in MN. Four months of calls, emails and broken promises by Michael and Bridget at Dean Team VW Kirkwood. I got $0.00. SAD. Beware!

Michael Barnett of Dean Team Kirkwood and I did a deal on the internet and in calls for a used EOS. He picked up my brother and me at the airport. The car was dirty, out of gas, blocked in and the passenger seat was inoperable. Service said, "Electrical, no time to fix it". Michael and the manager and finance said, "We will take care of it". BEWARE, do not close drive off without a written promise on defects!!!

My Interaction with Alex was good.

My Interaction with Alex was good. I need to know when was the oil change done. I see some granular gains on the front wind shield. The car was delivered unwashed and I see the sticker glues not cleaned on the left rear passenger window.

I've bought many cars this by far was the easiest and smoothest transaction. I recommend Mel as a sale person he went above and beyond before I even got to the dealership. Didn't beat around the bush and was helpful. Also Grant and Coloney were two amazing finance magicians! 10 out of 10 do recommend.

*** Dean Team Crooks - Avoid at All Costs!** This dealership engaged in outright fraud by failing to disclose that the vehicle I purchased had a branded title. This information was intentionally hidden from me. Their deceptive practices forced me to take legal action in small claims court. Thankfully, I was able to prove their wrongdoing and win my case. Even their competent lawyer was unable to defend their fraud. **I strongly advise anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from any Dean Team Crooks to steer clear.** Their lack of integrity and disregard for the law is unacceptable. Do not fall victim to their deceitful tactics. **I urge you to share this review with others to warn them about this unscrupulous dealership.**
