No B.S Dealer

I appreciate a no b.s. attitude, straight shooter, and that's what I got. No games or false promises... The deal was quick and easy. And I was not lied to or up sold...which I hate. As a female I am always on guard at dealerships. Here, I didn't have to be. It was a take it or leave it type deal... which is just fine with me. No hidden fees. I tried to use my lawyerly skills to negotiate... which got me a smile...but no extras... oh well... I'll trade my power of persuasion with honesty and straight forwardness any day....

No-pressure but very helpful. We love our Jeeps

When I got there, there was no pressure. William and Jose were extremely knowledgeable and polite. This place is very professional. We have been long time and loyal customers. When I think of great service, I think of Central Valley Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge Ram.

Amazing Customer Service

Awesome customer service from the minute we stepped on the lot. We didn?t get that pressure that you sometimes get from the sales team. Had a effortless and seamless interaction with the office and finance departments. Definitely recommend checking them out if your looking to purchase a car. I will not buy anywhere else now!

The top dog of ALL car dealerships!

I've always felt uneasy going to car dealerships because I've always had bad experiences there. This is the first time I felt comfortable and important at a car dealership. Zachary Sandoval and everyone that I encountered at Central Valley Dodge made me feel welcomed. Zach really listened to what I wanted and literally jumped through hoops to accommodate me. I'm so happy with my purchase and would highly recommend everyone to go there. Thank you so much. You guys exceeded my expectations and then some!

Completely satisfied

Our buying experience was very satisfying, the salesman was very polite and understanding of what we came in for, we feel we were treated with respect and complete understanding of what we were interested in, knowing that my husband is a disabled person they were very accommodating to his needs. The time it took to get the deal finished was very quick. Many Thanks to Joel Ralph for his professionalism.

good overall. I'm satisfied so far

I bought a used GM product with a little problem and even though they deal with Dodge Chrysler they fixed the problem. It took a week and a half to do it but I was willing to give them a chance and they came through.

amazing Experience

Zach Zumstein helped my wife and i a lot he answered every question we had, he went the extra mile for every single lil thing we asked or needed he was always keeping us updated ever time something changed or happened, we really recommend him for if you are planning to buy a new or used car he is an awesome guy, no we are driving a new ram, thanks Zach

Horrible

Very quick to sell me a car, not at all helpful when there was a problem. Misrepresented roadside assistance & left me totally stranded. Also told me i could get a 36 no lease with 15000 miles for a set price & neglected to mention the warranty didn't cover the full mileage so I had to pay more

Horrible service

Do not buy a car or truck from the dodge dealership of modesto on mchenry. Bought a new dodge ram from this dealership. Kept on getting a check engine light every week. Took it in to service department several times. They could not diagnose problem. Even though the code is for the particulate matter sensor. Common sense would say to replace the sensor. But they will not cover it with warranty even though I paid extra money for warranty to cover everything on the truck. I need this fixed to get the truck smogged. So I have to come out of pocket for this sensor being replaced. Very poor service department as well as management not backing their warranties. Very disappointed with service and my truck. Do not buy a vehicle here you will regret it.
