Since I bought my first Honda Pilot in 2018 the service has been outstanding every time. It hasn’t been that many times with the reliability of the Honda cars. But every time the service staff has gone out of their way to take care of me as a customer 👏

Excellent customer service once again! Never disappointed with the service dept. Always kind, courteous and most importantly trustworthy.

Came in at 11:30 am on a Saturday, told Gina we were buying a car cash, showed her a picture of the window sticker of the car we wanted and we left shortly with it. A very smooth experience, because Gina is a good listener! NATHAN SCHWARZEN made the paperwork painless.

Shan was great to work with and also helped detail the car and get it set up for our daughter. My daughter needed the car right away for school and we were able to come back and schedule detailing for a later date due to all the holidays and things we had to do. Thanks again

Service was prompt and completed in a timely manner. The young man who helped me was courteous and explained exactly what was done. Waiting area was clean and stocked with snacks and beverages. Good experience.

He managed to get two new car technicians on the installation of my trailer hitch and I received my vehicle back sooner than expected.
