Poor customer service and lack of communication.

Poor customer service and lack of communication. We were emailing back and forth trying to set up a time to view a vehicle. He tells me they close at 5:30pm and I told him that I wouldn't be able to make it until 5:15pm, "so maybe we should schedule for another day", thinking that I don't want to be rude and show up right at close. This was at 1:00pm. He doesn't respond to my email all day, so I leave work at 5:00pm and drive home (an hour away). When I get home I check my phone and he sent me a snarky email at 5:41 pm telling me he's waiting on me? THEN I get an even snarkier email from him the next morning complaining about how he was waiting on me until 6:15pm and he would have appreciated a phone call. Really? Maybe if you would have read and responded to my email, I would have known you were willing to stay late and you would have sold a car. Now, I'm not going to be purchasing anything from you or your dealership after your rude unprofessional emails.

We bought a used 2019 Pacifica last week and 20 minutes

We bought a used 2019 Pacifica last week and 20 minutes after driving it off the lot we had to have it towed back for a repair. We have been getting the run around ever since on when the repair will be complete and while they did give us a loaner car it’s extremely frustrating to put money down, buy a car and a week later still not have the vehicle or any idea when it will really be ours. We’ve been calling for updates and get a new “estimate” each time but we have had to reach out and keep on top of it. The customer service has been so poor and we would not recommend this dealership to anyone! We understand things happen with used cars, but the customer service we have received is pathetic and infuriating.

My sales consultant was Mike Clark. This is the third vehicle Mike helped me purchase from Dave Mungenast St. Louis Honda. I told him what I was looking for and my budget and I am very pleased with my 2023 CRV EX-L. Tracy Peters in the service department has overseen all the maintenance on all my past Hondas.
