I have bought three CRVs from this dealership. Salesperson Gina Bommarito was excellent in my interactions with her, both by email and in person.

Brian was so helpful in explaining things about the car. He took us for a ride in it and continued to educate us. Our experience was very nice. I just took the car for sealing/protection today and everyone in the service department was so friendly too. It was great to get a loaner car so I could get to work on time easily. I would highly recommend to everyone to buy a vehicle from Mungenast Honda.

Good to point of evaluating “extended service contracts.” Too rushed. Penalty close. Should offer written information and give customer time to evaluate-perhaps 30 days. Other than this, experience was positive. I did not purchase the service contracts because I didn’t have time to evaluate.

Brian and Jacob made this the best experience we have had buying a car from Mungenast this time a much better experience! Our previous purchases from the used car lot were not this pleasant. My wife was skeptical of returning to this dealership for a purchase but Brian has given the title, Used Car Salesperson, a fresh new perspective. Jacob was also a pleasure to work with, he had everything ready explained everything very well, was not pushing on the extended plans, allowed us to be comfortable with the options we did take, and didn't push anything more. Candace was pleasant on the phone, we didn't get to meet here personally. Again, by far the best car-buying experience we have ever had. A huge kudos to this team for understanding customer service and providing an experience rather than an unpleasant task.
