I purchased a 2020 Model 3 from them and I will say, the vehicle was fine. However, the service and finance manager were not. I called and negotiated my price over the phone, after calculating my trade in, they sent me a picture of a manager signed sheet showing my price to be $19,800. Red flag 1: When I came in, the price they gave me was $20,500. I showed them the sheet and confronted them about it. Now I completely understand a mistake like this, it looks like they didn’t calculate the tax properly so it was no big deal. BUT, Chris the finance manager came out and instead of taking responsibility for the mistake on his part, he proceeded to gaslight me by saying “no I told you that price on the phone you just forgot!” Which, in my opinion, was a huge red flag, I should have walked out there. Red flag 2: Once again, Chris the finance manager said I was approved for 8.25% at a credit union they work with, in his own words, “all the time” and had me sign the docs and sent me off with the car. 2 WEEKS LATER he calls me and said that I was denied for that loan and now I’m approved for another loan at 10%. Very big red flag in my opinion, I’ve purchased a dozen cars and never had this happen before. Important: The reason was that the credit union didn’t accept self employment income, only W2 income. But considering Chris said “we work with this credit union all the time”, in my opinion he is either lying about working with them all the time (because he would have known they don’t accept my income), or he knew that I wasn’t going to be approved and wanted to spot sell me the car so it would be more difficult for me to go to another dealership. Red flag 3: I came back in to the dealership to sign the docs again for the new loan as I didn’t really have a choice. Once in there, I asked him if this happens a lot and he showed me a stack of 6 other people who this happened to. After all of this, I was rightfully cautious about doing any business with this dealership, so I made sure to review my documents carefully. Chris seemed visibly upset that I was doing that and when I asked questions about the documents made sure to tell me “we aren’t shady, we aren’t shady!” This being the most obvious of the red flags in my opinion as no one should feel the need to tell a customer that. Conclusion: In my opinion, the practices this dealership and specifically Chris seem to use is getting someone fake approved for an appealing loan, letting them take the car so they can then turn around and tell them the actual percentage a few weeks later and entrap people to purchase a vehicle from them. If you find a good deal at this dealership, I would recommend you go spend $2-$4k more elsewhere to avoid this borderline fraudulent tactics. I would also like to point out that what is said here is purely my opinion from my own experience. I will personally not ever do business with them again and I have learned my lesson for the future.

Great Dealership to buy from!

Both my wife and I would highly recommend AutosOnly dealership in Burien, Washington for their outstanding support and care on our vehicle purchase recently. Shawn, Jesus and Noel were terrific to work with throughout our process of trade -in, loan process and delivery of our purchased vehicle. We will definitely purchase again when necessary and do highly recommend AutosOnly to buy from them. Bob Thelen

I'm a single 7 month pregnant mother who came in to buy a vehicle I was pre approved for. When I arrived they sold my vehicle then rushed me into a higher priced vehicle that they said had past inspection . I gave them 2.5k down payment but then told me a needed a cosigner. My dad agreed to cosign but couldn't make it in for a few days. I left with the vehicle only to find #1 the gas light was on which made me think no inspection was done ,#2 once on the free way the car had an alignment issue and would shake very badly above 50 mph. I brought it right back and informed them of the issues and said I didn't want the car anymore but they refused to honor my request. They inspected the vehicle and confirmed it needed work. I asked to be put into another vehicle but the manager demanded 2k more down for a car 5 years older. So I was forced to stick with the original vehicle. My dad decided he wasn't going to cosign anymore because he didn't trust the dealership anymore because he felt that they were aware of the vehicle having issues but disregarded them and knowingly sent me away in a bad car . At that point I asked to unwind on the deal since there isn't a cosigner and the dealership wouldn't refund my down-payment nor return the vehicle to me after it was serviced. So I was left empty handed. The salesguy ,Shawn. AND manager Chris were the 2 people I dealt with. They were both rude, manipulative, and used intimidating sales tactics. The stress has almost sent me into labor multiple times. I am trying to raise my family on my own and these guys took all my savings and have left me and my children with no hope.

Positive experience all around.

Friendly staff, smooth buying experience. They were able to get me the car I wanted, payments I could afford, and a lower interest rate than my own bank would offer. They addressed all of my concerns and even let me store the car for a few days until I could pick it up.

Worthy service with honor at Autos Only!

As a retired Navy Chief Warrant Officer, I have a keen eye for top quality, professionalism and performance: Noel Bennett and his team at Autos Only in Burien delivered my newly purchased 2008 Toyota Sienna perfectly and exactly as I wanted: this minivan sale was meant to be! Thank YOU ALL for finding, prepping and delivering exactly what I wanted - and needed! After over three (3) months, the Sienna continues to operate perfectly. With only 122K odometer miles, I wisely note this minivan has at least another 122K miles to go into the future. Mr. Bennett ensured all the quality checks were completed along with preparing the sales documents and obtaining excellent financing with outstanding loan terms. Based upon my direct personal experience, I wholly recommend Autos Only in Burien, WA (my former hometown!) James P. Marrow, CWO4-USN (Ret.)

Scummy Tactics

Do NOT buy from these people. I bought an 06 Forester from them, nine months ago. They replaced the head-gaskets before selling it to me, because those have been known to fail in Subaru engines between the years 1999 - 2011. Now, my car is burning oil like crazy – about one quart every 1000 miles. I've looked into the problem, and there is substantial evidence that it is because of a faulty head-gasket replacement job. I've called this company a dozen times now to simply speak to the mechanic to discuss my options, and the salespeople answer the phone, and EVERY TIME tell me they will call me right back this afternoon. Still no word from them and its been a week.

Sketchy

They are asking $3k over Blue book, we wanted them to come down $500 and they would only come down $200 saying a similar car 1,000 miles away was listed for $1,500 more. First, so what, its 1,000 miles away in a different market, second I'm still offering over blue book with cash in hand. I've never had a dealership not want a sale so much in my life

DO NOT BE SCAMMED

I am warning anyone who is even looking to purchase a car here. They are the most crooked car dealer I have ever been to. Not only did thet violate all Bushing laws by wanting to take the car back, that I purchased 2 weeks after the fact. This is illegal. They had 4 days to collect the car if the loan didnt go through, yet they waited over 2 weeks to ask for car back because I didnt except a new contract raising my apr by 10 percent, asking for another 2 grand down, and raising my payments by a hundred. When they couldnt trick me to come and sign new contract way outside of bushing laws they still wanted the car. I looked up reviews on this dealer and even though I leagally didnt have to return the car ,I realized by reviews how crooked they were with their service contracts and already seen how horriable their customer service was so I agreed to return upon signing a resision and giving the vehicle back I wanted my down-payment back. I had reason to believe they would lie because everything said to me was a lie yet when the GM Noel asked for keys I said once we finish, as I wanted to sign release and have check in hand as promised via phone by GM Noel, he took the keys and refused to give me my down payment. I was treated so unjustly by a criminally driven, unhonest dealership and will be adding to their F review on BBB and to the Attorney General.

Very helpful

Overall helpful crew here.Sam took me out for the test drive and answered all my questions. I did not buy here because i intuitively felt it was not my car, though it was entirely what i looked for. Sam was great , no push back on that .Happy to go there again if they get my car type in.
