Sad to say, buy the kindness they portray isn't truthfulness. My purchase was a disaster. Car not inspected and apologies given over and over with each new trouble with the car from the test drive and 30+ days to current date. Brakes squeaking and low roar to needing sway bar links replaced - but not front strut done that needed replacing. Brakes were so warped they pumped back at me on Interstate 15...a very scary time for me. Here's how they work- they advertise certified used cars blue ribbon backed auto that not only are NOT certified Buy my purchase NOT inspected. They don't do any of that! You trust them as they advertise and speak good of your car THEN you start having issues that theyTHEN agree to fix. My car was with them more than with me after purchase. Not all repair were made correctly and certainly not OEM parts - so I paid another business to rectify the problems. They said new cabin air filter as the AC stunk like sour milk so AWFUL. AND you need AC in St George 100%. Something was clogged all up in AC. They blew it out and it still stunk. They assured me the cabin filter was replaced and stuck in a cheap dollar deodorizer. I took the car elsewhere and the cabin filter WAS NOT NEW- so dirty. So I paid for that lie too. They are NOT a member of any Certified Blue Ribbon back up- they do the bare minimum and if you never return - well they managed to save their $ and put you on for troubles with your purchase. I Even have used tires on my car! Not a member of the BBB (Better Business Bureau), so don't bother with that line of assistance. They heck are a family operation- and seem so nice, but Not a friendship of the sort I want.

Great value, prices. Ron Caplin's entire staff was very helpful and friendly. Carlos and Dennis were awesome, they have the customer's best interest at heart.

Everyone at Premier Car & Truck in St. George, Utah has been amazing. They have help me get a vehicle that I can really rely on. Not only have they been able to help me when I've had mechanical issues, they have stood behind their comment, in making sure I was well taken care of. They have gone the extra mile, literally to help me when I have needed it. I really appreciate the relationship that they have continued to build with me, since the first time I came into their business 4 months ago... I would recommend my salesman Darren, and if you need financing or warranty, Drew has help me get the best financing and coverage I believe possible for what I wanted. Of course I can't say enough about the friendly service I have received from Paul, and all the help from their mechanic Brian at Premier Auto Repair.
