Zeigler Chevrolet

Bought a vehicle from them, 18 yrs ago ( still have vehicle). They’re great to deal with !! Bought another vehicle from them, last week. 😀

I came in on a Friday afternoon to purchase a truck and was met by Dan. He was very condescending and short with me as I tried to work through the buying process. Any questions I had in regards to clarifying numbers were met with short, frustrated responses. It was clear that his only goal was to get home on time that day. Long story short, I agreed to purchase the truck and he told me to come back the next day if I wanted it, because he had to go. I've worked with a lot of dealerships and this was by far my worst experience. It's a shame he is the general manager there if that's how he treats prospective customers. What a disappointment.

Contacted the dealer regarding a new Silverado I found on their website (which was easy to use and upfront pricing). After speaking with the salesman, Bob, we decided to check the truck out on Saturday. When we arrived, Keith set us up with a test drive and helped us with all of our questions. We loved that there was no pressure and no pushy sales tactics we found at other dealers. It really made us feel welcome and part of the family. They let us think it over and we ultimately decided to buy the truck the following Monday. They made sure that we qualified for all of the incentives and really went out of their way. We gave Ernie some information over the phone and had everything ready for us when we arrived at the dealer after work, making the process very fast for us. We were in and out in 45-minutes with a new truck. Everyone was friendly and very accommodating. This will be our first stop for vehicles from now on.

I left a rather harsh review recently not thinking about how the day sometimes goes at the work place. I got a call from the sales manager go over my deal. The interaction was very friendly and professional as I was used to in the past when I bought several trucks. Even though we didn’t make a deal I very much appreciate how he tried every way possible. This dealership is the best I have been in. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Keep up the good work I know I’ll be back again.

My wife and I were very happy with our experience with Zeigler. The communication was excellent and led to us buying a vehicle the day after we reached out to them. Gary was very friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely consider Zeigler for future vehicle purchases!

In all honesty I have to say that I not only found my auto but was treated by Kieth very pleasantly and respectfully which was not only refreshing but left me with a good feeling about the auto I just bought. Let me also add my car is GREAT and I LOVE IT!! By all means go to Ziegler's and find out like I did and get a good deal and a great auto .

If you value your money and safety do not go to this dealer. Purchased a 2010 GMC sierra from them. Was told that it was in great shape. Smelled fuel on and off from day one but did not think anything of it till it got so bad and the check engine light came on. I took this truck to another Chevy dealer that I trust and the whole fuel system needed to be replace and the they said that they would not put this truck on their lot to sell. They also stated that this truck could have very easily caught on fire. This truck was what the dealer called a salt truck and the dealer purchased it at action. The frame rails and underneath of the truck were undercoated so you could not tell that it had rust issues. This all happened in a matter of 4 months. Tried to contact the dealer and received the run around and could never get in touch with the manger and no fix for the issue. Also called GM and the dealer lied to them as well. This has all been reported to the BBB and we are now taking legal action. Again do not trust this dealer with your money and you safety. Please do not go through what we are

Just bought a 2014 Chevy Cruze from here! Couldn't be more happy with my purchase or with the dealerships sales team! Had a very pleasant experience and got the exact car I wanted for the exact price! I highly recommend this dealership!

We were three ladies, one of which was my elderly mother, on our way to Philly for a shopping trip, two days after Thanksgiving, far from home,when my tire on my '13 Equinox quickly began losing air. We pulled off at the next exit,, thinking we would find a service station, which we didn't, but there was Zeigler! Even though their service area was closed on Saturdays, upon seeing my elderly mother, they fixed my tire anyway and sent us on our way. GM Roadside Assistance would have taken hours to get to us. They really went ABOVE AND BEYOND the call of duty. Buy your cars at Zeigler. They are awesome!!! : ) )

They Called back and left a message. They were talking on a different car then the one I asked about.
