About our dealership

This seller has been on Cars.com since June 2009.
Goldie's Motors was established by brothers Jeff and Adam Goldberg in Phoenix, Arizona. Having grown up in Central Phoenix and graduated from Sunnyslope High School and the University of Arizona, the state of Arizona has always held a special place in our hearts. We decided to open an indoor automotive warehouse that would adapt to the current buyer's mentality: centrally located, advertising online, and, most importantly, having a no-nonsense family-owned dealership where we price our cars reasonably so they sell quickly! The philosophy is straightforward: we would rather have a lifetime customer than a one-time customer.

I just want to say I came this your dealership because I

I just want to say I came this your dealership because I thought my business would be appreciated, but Today, has shown me something else,everything was fine until I started asking questions about the amount on the loan documents, I was never informed of a 2500 add on cost for your warranty I was just quoted an interest rate and couple options for monthly payments with gap and a warranty,it was suspicious to me why there was no break down of the fees or mention verbally?? I really wanted to make this work but maybe God is telling me something, Micah was rude and very unprofessional and dishonest fact he sent the loan documents without an explanation of those fees and his response leads me to believe that he thought i would just sign if he had apologized and explained it to me in a appropriate way things would have been fine but again his response was rude and suspicious. I never have had some make fun of my financial situation very demeaning. I fall short my self ,so I pray that this doesn't happen to someone else.Spoke with owner gave the impression he cared never called me back to explain this very same message I texted him no response so maybe im lucky go the better business bureau some interesting reviews.

This review is for Goldie’s Motors in Mesa. Same dealership, but has moved to Mesa. Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever experienced with any dealership in my life. They are all “warm & fuzzy” through the buying process but it ends there!! If the car you purchase from them has service issues, as mine had in excess of $7,000. plus according to the estimate I got for repairs. I’ve only owned the Porsche 2 month’s and Goldie’s “ Micah Brooks” Mgr. Is not standing behind the sale of the car to me with all the issues! Do NOT BUY FROM GOLDIE’S MOTORS AS YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!

Annabelle, we appreciate your vehicle purchase and understand the discomfort of not having air conditioning during the summer. Upon your first call, we promptly arranged to inspect the air conditioning system. Our technician and Dave, our service manager, examined the vehicle, but we could not replicate the issue. This is a common occurrence in service shops; if the problem isn’t present during the inspection, it becomes challenging to rectify it. With that being the case, our team was ready to assist if or when it happened again. Regarding your window issues. We gathered from further conversations with you that a friend attempted to fix the window, which unfortunately resulted in some damage. We regret that we couldn’t accommodate you the next day due to overbooking, but we tried to fit you in as soon as possible. We understand your frustration, Annabelle, and we want you to know that we are committed to resolving any issues as long as we can replicate them. We did have a conversation with your boyfriend about scheduling another appointment with us. He informed us that the vehicle was being taken to another shop and expected us to cover the cost. We assured him that our highly experienced Porsche technician would be more than capable of resolving the issue at our expense. Despite this, he declined our offer. We have since received negative reviews on various platforms. We kindly ask you to consider our perspective. An air conditioning issue arose a month and a half after your purchase. We promptly arranged an inspection, and when we couldn’t replicate the issue, we opened up a service spot as soon as possible. We reached out again, offering to inspect and fix the vehicle. We even proposed picking up your car from your house and providing a loaner vehicle. We genuinely believe we have gone above and beyond to assist you and remain willing to help resolve the issue. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we encourage you to contact me directly at adam@goldiesmotors.com. The version of my unfortunate experience you’ve posted/sent is the dealership’s side of the experience. It is NOT even close to how it all unfolded. I was treated incredibly disrespectful!!! Their “competent Porsche mechanic” could not resolve the problem! Once I took it to a competent Porsche mechanic, they had the proper diagnostic equipment and immediately diagnosed and corrected the issue. The stated customer service offers Goldie’s claims was extended to me is a lie. I received a return call from Micah (General Mgr.) and missed his call as I was at work. His voicemail message he left me said “if you don’t call me right back, you can take your vehicle elsewhere”. I have saved that voicemail so he can’t deny it.

I’m not good with responding back and when I did call it

I’m not good with responding back and when I did call it a couple days later they said that there was parts are waiting on to fix the Range Rover and I told him I was interested in it. Keep me informed what time I’ve not heard anything from them.

Overall positive experience.

Overall positive experience. I found the truck online, and when I got to the dealership the pictures were accurate of condition. Worked with John, let me drive the car wherever I wanted (other dealers only had predetermined routes and they sat in the back). Had 1 concern about the truck, which John handled before I came back the next day to bring my trade in. Buying process was straight forward, and no hard-ball tactics.

I have purchased 3 vehicles from Goldie's.

I have purchased 3 vehicles from Goldie's. Every time, they have been great to work with. Employees are friendly, and don't get paid based on commissions (so not pushy at all). I have referred several people to them who have all had good experiences as well. They are a used car dealership, so everything isn't going to be perfect. However, any minor issues that we have had, they have gone above and beyond to make sure were taken care. Their finance guy was extremely helpful and offered to help us refinance a couple of vehicles to help us save money, with no benefit to him. They really seem to do the right thing and have their customer's best interest at heart. Much different than most dealerships I have engaged with over the years. I would highly recommend working with them if you have the opportunity to do so.
