I purchased a vehicle 4-11-25, they didn't have the title
I purchased a vehicle 4-11-25, they didn't have the title and told me they'd have our top me shortly. The car was totaled on 4-14-25 when someone hit me. Now it's 5-17-25 (over 30 days) and they still haven't given me a title! I can't finalize my claim until I have a title! I asked if they'd at least loan me a car since they're holding up my claim and they won't return my phone calls now. Not to mention I find out through my insurance company that I was SEVERELY overcharged for that car. This place is run by unorganized criminals. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCAMMED!!!!

I went to Victory for a vehicle inspection.
I went to Victory for a vehicle inspection. I told them ahead of time that my windshield wiper motors were malfunctioning. After inspecting them, they said it would be 1k to fix them. I declined this offer, as I felt it was very expensive and overpriced. When I came to pick my car up, they still charged me over 200 dollars for the wiper motor inspection , even though nothing was fixed. I complained about this and they refused to lower the charge. I would not recommend this Toyota Dealership.

I recently purchased a used vehicle from Victory Toyota.
I recently purchased a used vehicle from Victory Toyota. When they put on the temporary tag, it appears they stripped one of the nuts from the license plate holder (likely from using a powered driver). The license was secured with two simple black screws that were driven into the plastic plate holder. I called the dealership as this seemed obvious and was told I should have found it before I left. I don't trust their 182 point inspection as I believe they hid damage done by them after the sale. This will now cost me around $100 to repair (doing it myself). Very disappointing from a "trusted" dealer. Who would have thought to check the license plate holder before buying. I won't be back.

So it’s official! I have gone from being a happy employee of Victory Toyota of St. Louis to a happy customer of Victory Toyota of St. Louis! After two decades in a “demo” I am thrilled to announce that I am the proud owner of a 2025 Toyota Camry XSE AWD. Incredible fuel economy, industry leading quality, and impeccable styling. She is gorgeous! Huge thank you to my family for always supporting my less than subtle taste and my Victory family for helping me make it possible; especially my bosses Casey, Elvir, and Michael as well as the entire Victory organization. I am so excited! Yay!

I had an appointment for a tire rotation at 8:30AM,
I had an appointment for a tire rotation at 8:30AM, arrived at 8:25AM, the car was finally done at 11:02. At no point did anyone give me an update, this Spring I had my car in for a transmission service and they didn't fill with enough fluid as my car wouldn't hardly go up a hill later that day. Had to bring it back in, never an apology or anything. I will now have to find another Toyota dealer to service my car as I have 0 faith in Weiss Toyota.

Arrived on time, told to wait by my car in the service
Arrived on time, told to wait by my car in the service bay area. After 20 minutes, an older gentleman came to say they were ready for me. Told to wait by an empty desk. When the service advisor finally was ready, I was not! I took my car and did not have the service performed. This was the second time I’ve made an appointment with this service department. The first time, I waited 3 hours for an oil change. I will not be returning.

The service department and manager do everything they can to not take responsibility for their technicians mistakes. Everything comes down to "well, you signed the document" so make sure to look over your car BEFORE you pay for service.
