So it’s official!
So it’s official! I have gone from being a happy employee of Victory Toyota of St. Louis to a happy customer of Victory Toyota of St. Louis! After two decades in a “demo” I am thrilled to announce that I am the proud owner of a 2025 Toyota Camry XSE AWD. Incredible fuel economy, industry leading quality, and impeccable styling. She is gorgeous! Huge thank you to my family for always supporting my less than subtle taste and my Victory family for helping me make it possible; especially my bosses Casey, Elvir, and Michael as well as the entire Victory organization. I am so excited! Yay!

I had an appointment for a tire rotation at 8:30AM,
I had an appointment for a tire rotation at 8:30AM, arrived at 8:25AM, the car was finally done at 11:02. At no point did anyone give me an update, this Spring I had my car in for a transmission service and they didn't fill with enough fluid as my car wouldn't hardly go up a hill later that day. Had to bring it back in, never an apology or anything. I will now have to find another Toyota dealer to service my car as I have 0 faith in Weiss Toyota.

Arrived on time, told to wait by my car in the service
Arrived on time, told to wait by my car in the service bay area. After 20 minutes, an older gentleman came to say they were ready for me. Told to wait by an empty desk. When the service advisor finally was ready, I was not! I took my car and did not have the service performed. This was the second time I’ve made an appointment with this service department. The first time, I waited 3 hours for an oil change. I will not be returning.

The service department and manager do everything they can
The service department and manager do everything they can to not take responsibility for their technicians mistakes. Everything comes down to "well, you signed the document" so make sure to look over your car BEFORE you pay for service.

The manager and employee was so rude to me.
The manager and employee was so rude to me. I wanted to purchase a toyota gr86 , however it took them forever to answer back . When I called them to address my concern, the manager was so rude to me and said get to the problem! I decided to buy my car from Twin City Toyota. Please make sure weiss Toyota gives proper communication and assistance to their customers the company needs training.

Currently in the process of purchasing a vehicle FORD
Currently in the process of purchasing a vehicle FORD SHELBY GT350. Sales guy its pretty good Mike Collins, however Finance Managers are Rude.. MIKE CROSS to be exact, totally unprofessional, unmannered man. While trying to get wire instructions to finalize purchase at Navy Fed even the representative from Navy Fed notice how rude he was. It was like he didnt wanted to provide or assist in anyway with wire instructions. I would definitely avoid dealing with this guy. Hope other dont run into such unpleasant way of conducting business.
