I would describe them as a White Glove service Boutique. I was very impressed the minute I walked in the door. I left a message online over the weekend and got a call Monday. By Friday I found time to go for a visit and they knew me by name as soon as I came inside and even had a folder on me. I was super impressed by the selection of cars. They have high quality cars that they handpick as cars they would drive themselves. So quality over quantity. They made the whole experience easy and as perfect as the car. The prices were extremely competitive. I was treated like family and the whole team was super professional. Best car buying experience I have ever had and definitely recommend to anyone in the market for a new ride.

Car shopping isn't easy and I'm one of the pickiest people. Looking for a specific car that I wanted, I happened to stumble across this dealership. At first glance the place is very well maintained. Large, clean showroom with high quality used cars. The entire setup is welcoming and you feel at home. Ken (the owner) is great. I never once felt pressured. He went above and beyond to answer all of my questions. I actually left his dealership and visited a few others before coming back the next day. It just felt right. Ken helped me get the best deal so I pulled the trigger and purchased my vehicle that day. Robert was also very helpful. The man always has a smile on his face and is the easiest person to conversate with. Super friendly. Overall, this was one of the best experiences I've had with a car dealership. 2009 Viper ACR. First I want to say I generally don't do reviews unless the experience is extremely great or terrible. The experience with Ken and his dealership was absolutely great! I'm super picky, ask too many questions, have unreasonable expectations, and generally don't trust anyone I don't know well. However, from the first conversation I knew Ken was unique, in that he was real and genuine. He did what he said and said what he did, and in so doing earned my trust. His assistant Robert was equally helpful and honest. In fact, I felt so comfortable with these two I trusted to use their Viper expert Keith Laxson to inspect the car for me and he too was totally outstanding! The whole experience was a 10 out of 10 as is the car! They delivered on every promise and I highly recommend them. I will be back. They are a rare crew of outstanding folks in a world where it is getting so much harder to find people like them. To say Thank You to them hardly seems worthy of their efforts, help, patience, and follow through all of which made my purchase experience perfect. Thank you guys!

I found this car online and ended up calling Ken on a Saturday. I received a call back within 10 minutes. From the very first contact to the follow up on delivery, I received first rate, honest and quality sales service. I am extremely happy with the overall car buying process Controneo Auto Group gave me. I even received a video from Robert of my car loading onto a trailer to be delivered the next day. I plan on buying a BMW X3 M40i next year for my wife. Guess where I plan on buying it...CAG!

I have never had a better experience purchasing a vehicle, new or used than when we bought our 2015 Porsche Macan Turbo from Cotroneo Auto Group, Ken returned my call and answered all my questions right aft my posting on their website. Normally they are closed on Saturday but opened for us to pickup our car since we were traveling from Little Rock. When we arrived Robert took the time to explain how to operate every feature and even helped activate our satellite radio subscription. Robert had all the paperwork ready and we could have been back on the road in 30 minutes but since my wife and I were so impressed and curious about the other vehicles Robert spent extra time allowing us to look over everything in the showroom. Ken and Robert exceeded our expectations in every way. We could not be happier and look forward to our next purchase from them.
