Stay away from them!!

These people don’t want you to take these reviews seriously… but please… don’t make a $20k mistake like we did. We have owned our truck for about a month… and it has been in their shop every single week for something they claimed they fixed the first time. I had tried giving them the benefit of the doubt… but when it comes down to it… they sell shoddy vehicles and have terrible customer service. when a problem was pointed out before buying, Matt Q treated my husband and our mechanic friend like an idiot claiming that all dodge trucks have this issue (lie) Matt Q also admitted to not looking at the carfax for this vehicle. Our mistake was trusting these people. The finger waving owner lady also admitted to putting cars on the lot for sale without ever having looked at them mechanically… blaming the market. They admitted after the fact, to never having looked at the truck we bought until we were signing paperwork and they admitted to Rushing through the inspection process so we could take it home right away (as if that did us any favors) according to the carfax.. they bought the car from an auction in April and received the title for it in may (though- according to the owner lady… they didn’t receive it from an auction) we bought the truck in July… so you’re telling me not one of their mechanics looked at it from may to July?? The final time we went in there was for a check engine light (granted- it was for a dumb reason like the gas cap seal) but the fact that annoyed us was that we had just gotten the truck back on a Monday… it was driven home and sat in our driveway for a few days… and then when we were planning on driving it the check engine light came on. We decided to go to keystone and express our frustration with the owner lady (also would like to point out how bad I feel for the service manager- she is so nice but works for the worst people) the owner lady was INCREDIBLY rude. We are your customers and we are frustrated at having spent so much money on a truck with nothing but problems… and your answer is to wave your finger in our faces, I front of our kids? Cut me off constantly when I’m trying to speak? And to say “well you bought a 10 year old truck with 57,000 miles what do you expect?” Please. Give me a break. And the biggest issue she has is with one star reviews being left! Well here ya go lady, another one star review. Do better or get out of this business.

BUYER BEWARE!

We bought a used Rav4 from them in which they said they had just installed a new water pump . The pump failed in less than two years, and our mechanic has told us it was still the original pump in the vehicle. Take your business to an honest dealer instead.

Great Dealer with great people, highly recommend!

I just purchased a very nice toyota tacoma from these great people. The staff is very professional, knowledgeable and honest. I'm very happy with my experience with them and would absolutely return for another vehicle.

Do not buy from these people

These people sold me a vehicle with a cracked engine block and refused to do anything about it. I would never recommend them to anyone.
