Bought my car 10 years ago and I've stuck with dealer because they do very good service on my car.
Let's do the least impressive first. The facility, because of it's space limitations can be a little frustrating because not all of it's used cars are... on the main lot and the car I had seen on a Sunday afternoon had to be moved to make space for a brand product. I therefore had to wait for it to be brought to the main lot. That experience however was minor compared to the one that I'd just had at another dealership. The Frontenac salesman was a young but very polished and pleasant. I didn't buy the car that I tested and he exerted no pressure, but made sure that we shared contact information and accepted the reason for my hesitation. When I left the dealership, I was greeted the same as when I arrived. The receptionist was attentive and pleasant. But that's always been my experience when I serviced my cars on other occasions. The overall experience was a sharp contrast to my earlier experience that afternoon. This dealership apparently knows that it's business is minimum product and maximum people.
Mike was a great help. We found a car we thought wouldn't be possible for us. My son calls it the batmobile. He loved playing in the kids are. It was perfect... for him. We will definitely come back to Honda of Frontenac if/when we are ready to get another car. The service department was great too!!!

I purchased a new accord while trading my old car in. Part of the agreement was when the warranty on my trade-in was canceled the money would go to them.... The amour the projected I would get back was almost $800 more than what I actually got back. I spoke with them and had several conversations about this. I left it in there hands to decide what to do any never heard back. I had guessed that they had owned up to their mistake and decided to cover the difference. Wrong! About 6 months later I got a call asking for payment immediately or I'd be sent to collections! Are you kidding me! Worst experience ever!
Went in on a tuesday to talk about options and to get a price on a new honda pilot. I asked to have a quote emailed to me as I needed to pick up spouse... at work because we only had 1 car. It took several calls by me on Friday to even get a price with a bunch of excuses, we don't quote over the phone etc. I told them I was in the dealership on Tuesday and asked for it then. I told them that I was going to be making the decision in 30 min and was told to enjoy dinner I will be here until 9 pm. I called at 7:45 and was told salesman was gone for the night. It is obvious that they don't want to sell cars and you don't want to hear what happened by the service department.
