Welcome to Lou Fusz Mazda! We have implemented a new buying experience geared to making it a quick process from test drive to driveway in under 2 hours. We know your time is important so for our customers who buy cars from us and live within 20 miles we offer concierge service. We will drop off a new Mazda for you to drive while we take your car back to our shop. We will then service wash and vacuum your car and bring it back to you ready to drive. We want to earn your business.

Started a remote deal with Shelby.

Started a remote deal with Shelby. Mentioned multiple times it would be remote, ran my credit , got a price. They waited til the end to tell me they don't actually do remote sales and wanted me to drive 300 miles after getting everything set up. Very poor professonalism, bad communication and seems a little bait and switchy. Will be making complaint to Missouri motor vehicles licensing commission.

While we strive to accommodate remote transactions whenever possible, in this case, some concerns arose during the process, which led our team to require an in-person visit to complete the sale. Given the nature of the deal and the sensitivity around potential fraud, especially with a vehicle priced at $7,000, our management team decided that finalizing the transaction remotely wasn’t in the best interest of either party. We understand that this change in direction was frustrating, especially after progress had been made, and we regret any miscommunication that may have occurred along the way. Your feedback has been shared internally so we can continue improving how we handle these situations in the future.

Next time you don't intend on honoring your employees words from the start, just say so. It's incredibly frustrating and completely unprofessional. I literally stopped my search because I thought we had this done, whoever your gm is needs to do better at communication with your whole staff.

GREAT SERVICE NO WAIT TIME !! I CALL AND DID NOT HAVE AN APPOINTMENT! HAD ISSUE WITH MY BRAKES THEY CHECK EVERYTHING OUT! ALL GOOD AND THEY SENT ME ON MY WAY. STEPHINE OVER THERE GREAT SERVICE MGRS! KNOWS HOW TO RUN A SHOP!!!

My wife and I recently purchased a new car for her from Lou fusz 5 months prior. As fate would have it, we were in the market again for me. We found ourselves back at Lou Fusz Mazda because they made us feel welcome and not too pressured. They have a good knowledge of all the models and were able to help us find what was best for us. Mazda has a special place in my heart due to the amazing reliability and diving experience I and my family has had. My 2009 Mazda 3 is still going strong and has had a minimum amount of maintenance (outside of routine) needed to keep it in its best working condition.
