Freddy's Big Lot

Just made my final payment on a 2015 Hyundai. no problems with this car.. it was the 3rd i bought an s10 pickup and a Chevy silverado.. still have 2 and have been lucky all have not caused me any trouble.. when you buy a used car you do the same as Freddy you take a chance your car was well taken care of, and just as we take the word of Freddy or Bobby they have taken the word from where they got them.. They are fair and HONEST people..

I bought a 2010 gmc canyon in November of 2022 off Fred the truck went to the gm dealer two times in less than 500 miles of me having it(Freddy paid half of each bill) I then found out the frame had a cracked off control arm mount on drivers side and passenger side was already fixed however I was never told that their was frame work done when I bought the truck (Freddy gave me 350 for the repairs I did) now 4 months of owning my truck and only driving around 25 miles a day putting around 3000 miles on it the timing chain cam phaser etc had to be replaced (3200 in repairs outta my own pocket) upon buying the truck I was told it had a remanufactured engine in it with less miles (His mechanic told me this when I was looking at the vehicle before I took it for a test drive) the truck has been nothing but issues I’m not saying this is a horrible place to buy from however I think personally I should of been notified about the frame being patched up as it really hurts the resale value of vehicles and I would of never have bought the truck if I knew that Freddy needs to check over his vehicles before he sells them

Excellent experience with Freddy and his entire crew. My husband test drove the vehicle on his way through town, then we went back to check it out together. It was a great vehicle but I wanted to compare it to others on the market. We explained that to Freddy and he didn't hesitate and said when we decided to call and he would take it off the lot until we got there. Needless to say no other vehicle of the same make, model, and price point even came close to comparing what Freddy had to offer and we drove 3-4 hours one way looking at alternatives. After seeing what was out there we immediately called Freddy and he honored his word, held the car and we bought it same day. Definitely will be going back in future for vehicles when needed.

Would not recommend this establishment. The owner seemed more interested in lawn work than showing a vehicle. Acknowledging my presence with a wave but proceeding to weed whip before coming to see if he could help. Please note this was on a Saturday afternoon during normal business hours.

Great Customer Service. Old school selling Freddie was honest with us got what I paid for would recommend them to everyone. Would RECOMMEND to buy there.

I saw a used car online that I was interested in, I live over 2 hours away. I contacted Freddy's Big Lots to get the details. I had a nephew who lived close by to go over and take it for a drive. He said he thought that it would be okay, so I called Freddy and told him that I would take it, he even delivered it to me. After about 2 weeks I realized that the AC wasn't working so I took it to my mechanic and he couldn't fix it because all the parts weren't even there. He said It would take $900.00 to fix it. I called Freddy to let him know what I found out, he told me that their policy is 30 days or 1,000 miles. In the meantime my lights, blinkers, and windshield wipers quit working. My mechanic said that I needed to get it reprogrammed, took it to a Dodge dealer, bottom line all the electronics were bad, to fix that it would cost $3,200. When I tried to contact Freddy I got no response. I would NOT recommend doing business with Freddy's Big Lots, they sell you junk and don't stand behind it.

We lived 2 hours away and contacted the dealer to make sure the vehicle was there before making the trip.They verified it was. We drove there to test drive it and purchased it the next day.They were very friendly and even put more gas in it so we could drive it home.They put new tires on the vehicle and Freddy even gave us the warranty through tire discounters!They do not want to sell bad cars that was evident.I would definitely recommend going to them for a quality used car.Thank you to all at Freddy's Big Lot.

My husband and I purchased a great vehicle for a fair price at Freddy's. We received exceptional fast friendly service without any hassle. We will definitely recommend Freddy's to others and will probably purchase from him again.

I called to make sure the they still had a car and the guy told me yes it was still there. I told him I was picking up my son and on my way, that I'd be there in about 2 hours. He said ok its here. We get there and it was gone. He said that someone bought it about 30 minutes ago. That the woman came from Tennessee to buy it. Obviously they had held it for her to drive that far. I wish they just would have been honest with me instead of wasting my time. I would not recommend this car lot.

Rian is by far the most respected salesman I have met.He and Freddy came thru in a clutch.I was highly recommend to them and I would do the same.The truck I bought recently came in on trade so I didnt give them much time to do all necessary repairs because I needed a truck Now!and they did just that while having me bring it back when i have time to replace tires ect...
