Lux Auto Plus

I went to luxe because I was told they were a reputable dealership but when I tried to make a deal it didn't happen.I was told via text message that the jeep trailhawk wouldn't be much over 26,000 and when I tried to make a deal with Tommy the price I was quoted on the jeep grand cherokee trailhawk was 30,997 which was way over the 26,000 i was told it was gonna be.so be it they lost a sale and a customer.

The team at Lux was super nice and easy to deal with when purchasing my Tacoma! Tommy is the Nicest and most honest salesman I have ever dealt with and I knew I was in the right hands. Vinny and Bob were also very kind and genuine. The whole team just feels like a family and I won't hesitate to send others their way. I will be buying from them again!

Recently went through the process of buying a newer vehicle which I was absolutely dreading. Too many times I’ve had to deal with car salesman who pretend to be know it alls and have been extremely pushy, needless to say my opinion on car salesman was less then low. As of today 4/5/2024 my opinion has completely changed. I had the pleasure of dealing with TOMMY LYNDS at LuxAuto Plus and I now have a new found respect for car salesman and their profession. Purchased an Audi A3 at Lux Auto Plus in September 2023. My salesperson, Brad Ferris was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and its options. After the test drive we sat down an discussed the sale of the vehicle in a no pressure atmosphere. Upon agreeing on a purchase price I met with finance and got approved right-a-way.
