ZERO STARS! Tom sold a car with a blown headgasket and broken radiator. Showed no remorse and was not helpful. Hung up on me when I called for his help. Very rude, unprofessional. He called me stupid for buying the car. He took our trade which was wrecked and had other serious issues. Told us he was going to junk it, but he pounded out the dents and is trying to sell a dangerous car. Run away from this place! Do NOT buy from Tom!!

Took them over a week to get back to me and by then the truck was sold won't shop there for my next car or truck

The owner would not take any pictures of tge cars engine or bottom. He was rude and treated me poorly and I have oral cancer, so its hard for me to speak.

Tom Dean is a stand-up guy. He helped us through the process of buying, and when a sensor in our car went bad the day after we finalized our purchase, he immediately called us in and had it fixed. Couldn't have asked for a more helpful guy or a place to stand by their customers better than this one.

Bad service. I sent a message and Tom Dean replied once. Didn't even answer my questions. So I sent a second mail and never heard from him again. I still have no answers to my questions

I have bought two cars from Tom. Liked him so much, my sister bought one. He gave me a very fair deal, is always pleasant and service after the sale is way beyond expectations. I can only imagine the negative review got a car that had been traded in defective unbeknownst to Durst. I have bad experiences before, will never go anywhere else.

Worst experience with a “car dealership”. More like a xxx dealership. Tom is a lowing thief. Bought a car with low miles from them to find out that the speedometer has been electronically set to less than half the miles that are truly on the car. They Bondoed rust and touched up paint so it looked good. For about two weeks anyway. The Bondo began falling off so you could see that it’s a rust bucket. I honestly don’t know how they’re still in business being as dishonest as they are. I wouldn’t buy a bicycle for this lying, theifing sack of crap. You are better off walking, barefoot on streets of broken glass in a foot of snow, than buying anything from these bottom feeders.
