Terrible experience
Sales experience was great. However the dealership did not have a accurate/clean title to go with the vehicle. This was not discovered until I was at the DMV. Mike was quick to blame the dealership where the vehicle came from. He also suggested I needed to be more forgiving and flexible, since it would be past the 30 -day registration window, of the law. I had to cancel a work trip and delay our vacation due to not having a clean title in hand before 30 days. To top it off, I was given expired dealer plates to put on the vehicle as we went on vacation. (with new title in glove box). This could have been avoided had the dealership done a NE vehicle inspection, instead of requiring me to do it. It was a major headache.Too bad sales didn't match the experience or contract.

We had definite options we needed for a car. John Burress was great! He listened to our concerns and what we needed. Spent time showing us several cars and found us just what we were looking for.
