Brandon was awesome! This was the least painful (by far) car shopping experience I’ve ever had. I will absolutely shop here again. They made the whole process easy to understand and that was great.

Drove 6 hours from Washington to buy a car from them last month. Great communication and fair price upfront. They were able to finance me even being out of state and the vehicle being older. Worst part of the experience was the salesman, I had been communicating with, did not show up the day we had planned to meet AND had misquoted my APR. BUT they made it right by lowering the price to make up for the difference. When the salesman was a no show, Allen (a different salesperson) was quick, courteous, professional and zero pressure to buy extras. Thanks for the great experience!

I am very happy with The Auto Outlet INC! Brandon was the reason we brought the vehicle here. I sent a email to him asking about a vehicle. Brandon responded very promptly to the email and asking me to come down and look at the vehicle. I informed him I would be there! When I showed up I asked for Brandon and he was there with a smile on his face and ready to help us. We explained what we were looking for. Brandon showed us some vehicles that he thought would work for us. I tell you what we found the vehicle we were looking for! Low miles excellent vehicle! Brandon informed us that we had a 3 month warranty or 3000 miles. That they just offer as a thank you to their customers! I was shocked to hear that!When buying the vehicle there was no pressure, we didn't have to wait and most of all it was very convenient location from home. After all the dealerships in Oregon City, Gladstone, and all over Salem non of these dealerships treated us the way Auto Outlet did. They are family owned for over 20 years! I love family owned businesses because in my experience they have cared more about the customer. From now on I will never go to a big dealership for vehicles again. The also have referral program that is $200.00! I thank you once again for being professional and most of all staying open later for us! I highly recommend this car dealership!

Fantastic experience all around! Very friendly and laid back from start to finish! Salesman don't walk around and constantly look over your shoulder nor do they try to talk you into something that you don't want. I would definitely recommend.

So glad we came here and found our beautiful car!!! Walked in and told them what we wanted and were able to walk out with a smile on our face. We worked with Brandon and Brody Welfringer and got amazing care!! They showed us the car, took us out on a drive, and successfully helped us make sure we had everything done that we needed to complete to walk out with the car. We got a 2011 Traverse for 14k! Great deal with low miles!! I will definitely do business with them again!!

The best place hands down for a quality car shopping and buying experience. I have been a regular customer for 12 yrs now. I live in Portland and make the drive to Salem. That's how good they are!
