Schaumburg Pre-Driven

Went there to test drive a car and ended up buying it. Customer service was great, I never felt pressured. They were easily the nicest people I had dealt with during my search for a car. Highly recommend!

We came in about an hour before closing looking for a low cost vehicle for my son. As luck would have it, they had something in my price range that just passed their inspection. The Carfax report came up clean. We were given a deal on the price, and Anthony could not have been nicer. He was super friendly, and helpful, and not at all pushy. Because the banks were closed and we were strapped for time the next day, he and his sales manager prepared our paperwork beforehand, so we could just pay and leave. This was by far one of the best car purchase experiences I've ever had. Great job guys!!

Anthony was great and very helpful as my fiancee and I bought our first car together. They even waited as we forgot our checkbook and had to go back to get it. Super helpful with the process and informative on all the different steps, etc.

I bought a Dodge Caravan from mike and couldn't be happier with my experience! Have recommended friends to buy there. The service department is also extremely reasonable.

Was told that the car had been inspected and had no problems. After taking it to a highly-rated mechanic in the area (many stars on YELP), the mechanic found so many serious problems (head gaskets leaking oil, differential fluids leaking, rack and pinion leaking, and rotted exhaust) that he stopped the inspection halfway through. He said it was not worth finishing the inspection as it would be soon cost thousands of dollars of repairs. I had a second car inspected and it also had a problem (this one minor) and when I brought it back they would not lower the price to compensate for the two inspections ($100) or to fix the second problem ($200). Spent from 9am-4pm working with them and walked away with nothing but this knowledge about the company. The sales person was nice, but of course that is not the most important part of getting a good car at a fair price.

I was pressured to buy I can I was not interested. Cars seems like good used cars though.

I'm so happy I decided to come here! My wife needed a new car and our credit isnt the best because of bad choices in our youth anyways we worked with Tim with the expectations of getting turned down because we have been everywhere else we went. Not here we got an awesome deal we couldnt refuse! The customer service was amazing i'm sure we were very difficult to deal with as well but Tim was Patient, professional, and it was clear that he actually cared and genuinely wanted to help us. I bought a Jeep Liberty for my 17 year son and couldn't be happier. The sales team treated my son extremely professionally on his first visit ( without me) , several other dealers would not give him the time of day! The next day I went back with him and was able to work a very fair deal on the Jeep. I will be buying my daughter a car next year from Schaumburg Pre Driven.

I was in the market for an older Nissan and the description of this car fit the bill except for the fact that there was no mention of AC on the car. I was called back within 10 minutes to confirm that this car did have it and it was in great working order. The representative stayed until I could get there to test ride the car and to put it on a lift to look underneath the car. The CarFax gave me piece of mind and we purchased the car the next day. Price was right and the process was quick and easy. It's been 3 weeks and we couldn't be happier. This is the fourth used car that I purchased in the past year and I wish that I discovered them earlier.

The Infinity we Purchased was perfect it had been fully serviced and detailed it was an easy buying experience. The loan process was easy as well. We are very happy!
