    Drove nearly an hour to negotiate a 2019 crv and left dealership outraged! Sales rep was awesome but management needs head examined. Completely unwilling... to negotiate our trade. Within $1000 of having a deal and management blows the deal for hard working sales rep.

Although we would like to make this work, unfortunately there are times when it just doesn't work out. We have high tech systems that the banks use to evaluate trade in evaluations, as we want to be as fair as possible.     I am embarrassed that I “fell for it!” Traded in my low mileage Fit because I was looking to lease a HR-V. The salesman was friendly, but the manager... was completely rude! I believe he knew I really wanted this HR-V (lease), and I “gave in” to an unreasonable amount of money to lease. Manager also asked that I put down more cash along with a low mileage 3 year old Fit. Had to return because the manager “screwed” up the paperwork. Manager is very arrogant ~~ love my HR-V, but I am paying way too much per month for the lease. I will return it in three years, but not to Billion; I will definitely go to another Honda dealer. Heard from others as well as they shared their disappointments.

    Although they almost had my business they seemed to have given far too much originally for the truck. I loved it and would have loved to own it but it... tuned out they couldn't or wouldn't compete for a truck that was a year newer. They wanted more for theirs than the newer one so I unfortunately had to pass.

    Worst dealership bought new Honda Pilot they lied about Honda care that it can only bought at time of buying n also their own protection plan which I bought... for $2000. After two years went to sell the vehicle where KBB price was 31000 first they guy asked why selling etc n came back with answer can buy it for 22000 lol. Funniest thing is just two days before This I had service of my car from billion n they told me car looks excellent but this guy told me he has to put car in low condition of kbb because they need to check everything. Later when I sold my vehicle to private party two things happened to get my remaining honda care money back I went to Billion again coz it was only honda dealership near by the guy again put me in his adminsitartive cycle thanks to Honda cs I called n got my check at home but lost $2000 for billion prptection plan which is just a cheat. on the other hand my financing was arranged by billion related financial institute when I went to get my title so I could sell it to private party the financial institue guy told me I will get it by mail within 30 days. Joke joke joke these people are just joke. Buy somewhere else plz n save urself.

    Lee, I am sorry about your experience with us, it doesn't sound like we did a good job communicating with you about your vehicle trade. Have you s...poke to the general manager of the Honda store? He can probably best guide you along and answer any more questions you have. Just to help explain how a vehicle is evaluated for it's ACV or Actual Cash Value. We use a sophisticated software program that takes the VIN number from your vehicle, as it was built from the factory. The software then knows the options, trim level, zip code for vehicle value in the market, and also the mileage adjustment. We use several resources, KBB, NADA, and we include data for vehicles currently on the market in a one hundred mile radius. We use this information to make a realistic buy of your vehicle, and try to put together the best deals in the business. We try and be as transparent as possible, and we do the right thing. The title issue is something that the bank is responsible for. We (Billion), don't actually own the vehicle title, as whether it was Honda Finance or any other banking institution, they hold the title. It is the state title office that is why it can take up to 30 days to get the title, not us. The state title office usually produces the title after the pay off is complete and funds have cleared, it's up to them to process the paper work and forward the title to the owner of the vehicle.     I bought a used Honda car from Honda Billion. This is my first car and basically I know nothing about cars. They told me they have changed the oil and... put NEW tires on the car. I trusted them, but yesterday (10 days after buying the car), my friend saw my car and said the tires are old specifically the rear ones. I went to the dealer and said you told me you put new tires on the car and they said no we didn't say that. They said we only change tires when they need to be changed and I said well even in that case the rear tires need to be changed and they didn't accept it. The manager (Tyler Walker) yelled at me and was very disrespectful and told me they will buy the car from me. I went to TIRES PLUS service to check my car's tires. They told me the rear tires are not only worn out but they are old (2013) too. They said it is recommended to change the tires every 5 years. I went back to the dealer, the manager (Tyler Walker) again talked to me very badly and said the ONLY option I have is to sell them the car. So please make sure whatever promise they make you is written and signed by them.

    Maryam, I am sorry about your experience with us, and apologize for Tyler showing disrespect for you, as this isn't how we interact with our customer...s. When we take a vehicle in on trade, we have the maintenance performed on the vehicle, as well as a conditional inspection for anything safety related. I am showing your 2014 Honda Civic Coupe as having only 34,000 miles on the tires, I am sure they were original OEM installed tires, but they should go a lot further than that with normal driving.     I thought I bought my dream car on August 7 of last year. Until at the end of November the timing chain and multiple other things went out in the car as... well. I contacted Billion And asked them about my service contract or a warranty. When I was told I didn’t purchase one, I was a little upset. Until I remember when I bought my car, it was never discussed. I was pushed to no end to purchase the Valpro package but not warranty or service contract. Here I am, still with no car because it’s going to cause me thousands of dollar to fix. I called and talked to a sales manager again today, and he first told me I rejected the service contract. I asked him for copies of the form I signed saying I a rejected it. He told me he would email them to me. 10 minutes later he calls me back and told me I didn’t sign anything saying I rejected it. So how is there proof that I rejected it? I have had cars in the past. Why would I have bought the valpro and not a warranty? I asked multiple times to speak to someone higher up and he would not let me do so. He kept saying “ I am a manager”. When I know there are people higher up then him. They refuse to help their customers or try to make things right. They only care about selling cars, not their customers. I have told everyone I know, my mother who works at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinic, has told every doctor, nurse, patient, staff member, etc not to go to Billion for a vehicle.

    I checked into this, it appears you have recently spoken to our sales manager with regards to the warranty protection on your vehicle. There isn't ...anything else I can do for you, all correspondence needs to be done between you and the sales manager. I am sorry your dream car has had problems, especially newer vehicles that are well assembled and don't have many problems.

    i was asked by my sales person to bring in my car to determine it's trade-in value. After driving 30 minutes to get there, they inspect my car and asked... if I was purchasing a new car today. I told them no that I was still considering two other vehicles and the trade-in value would help me decide which one I would purchase. The sales person meet with the sales manager and told me after that unless i was buying today they wouldn't give me a trade-in value. Don't waste your time with this dealership, there are others selling the same cars who are easier to work with. They are all about profit and not about customer service.
