Does not stand behind their sale!

Does not stand behind their sale! Issues with purchase! First of all, I was an out of state full cash paying buyer. I was searching the web for a specific mustang with the right options. I was not the typical buyer. The salesman Nick Foster, did the minimum required for the sale. Sometimes days would go by without a response (text). Excuse for that was we were busy being it was a stretch of nice weather. Paperwork was later than expected. I received the car via a private, enclosed auto transport company. The car looked fine upon arrival. Upon further investigation, one of the tires had a manufacturer defect and the shipping blocks (plastic spacers) were still installed on the springs. Note the car had 7 miles. I was assured by the salesman that the car was looked over before sale and its nothing. And he said that the damage was from my transport. There was no way as the tire was split all the way around and the wheel was fine. Trent, the manager wasn't any better. I got a hold of him and he said, "unless you want to bring the car back here there's nothing I can do." Distance being NY to Nebraska. Said I could go through the tire manufacturer's warranty and do the leg work for that. Bear in mind, I spent over $62k, again cash. After all of that I had my excellent local dealer Nemer Ford take a look at the PICTURE of my tire and they ordered a new one on the spot, and removed the shipping blocks. They said there should have been no discussion. In the end it didn't cost me a dime to make right what should've already been perfect on a brand new car.

Everything went fine.

Everything went fine. They were accommodating and friendly. They accepted a check (that surprised me!), and a rep drove to my city to deliver the title when it was ready.

Rip-off. AVOID

Rude, sketchy, lemon-selling ripoff artists. We are still waiting for the key fob we bought in the summer that goes to the lemon they sold us. Just another way for them to steal people’s money I guess. Billy and Trent at Meyer Automotive are like two of the Three Stooges. I highly, highly, highly recommend avoiding this place at all costs even for service

Billy the salesman is not anyone that someone looking to

Billy the salesman is not anyone that someone looking to buy a car should have to deal with. It was a complete run around the car was nasty dirty an given the excuse that they don’t detail their cars. Even after that we tried to buy the car an had him send a purchase agreement to my bank, got the check an then he backed out of the agreed deal. Never let anyone go there!!! Worst experience I’ve ever had!!!!

3500HD Denali

Great customer service on a purchase. Easy to deal with and had everything ready to go when I got to the dealership. New vehicle was spotless and my trade in was accepted no questions.

Awful experience

I recently bought a car from this dealership and within a week the car was having engine troubles. After owning the car for 9 days it is at another dealership getting fixed because it will not start and died at an intersection. They did not clean the car and left it on empty when I picked it up. I would never go back there again and won't even take the car back to them to have them fix it since they sold it in this condition.

We went to buy a 2013 Volkswagen golf from them and they also withheld that there was not a second key Fob and the entire time they gave us the runaround however my wife love the car so much we went ahead and bought it after we bought it I happened to look where the spare tire was and it was full of water I emailed the sales person Carlos back and ask him has the car been in a flood and he would not answer me and the key fob thing we had ask them during the pot buying process and they assured us that there was two keys however once we got the car they gave us one Fob and one key however you have to have a fob to get in the car we can’t do it with the key and they knew this The car was dirty they claim they were going to clean it up however they did not all they did was wipe off the windshield and left the rest of the car dirty these people are amazing they are the true meaning of a ‘xxxxxxx car salesman‘… And also we gave them a check for $1000 for the down payment they assured us that no mistakes would be made they would hold the check for one week and then cash it however they waited two days and cashed it they are very dishonest very dishonest people I would never buy a car from these people I wouldn’t ask my worst enemy to buy a car from these people ... yeah they’re friendly people there Grinning through their teeth as they’re ripping you off
