I drove down to Albuquerque to look at three GMC trucks at 3 different locations, made my first stop at INTEGRITY AUTOMOTIVE, was introduced to WINSLOW, great and awesome salesperson. After a test drive and answering all my questions, we closed a good deal. I am happy and satisfied with my 2016 GMC SLT. I highly recommend this place. Ask for WINSLOW, ! Dealt with Vanessa when I was there, super unprofessional. She was so upset that sales were not like they used to be since the coronavirus: she low balled me on my jeep trade in and told me they would have to re paint because it was a hideous color? I will never do business with these people again avoid this little dealership, hopefully they loose business and don’t make it passéd the coronavirus they don’t deserve to stay in business. She needs to take her negative attitude else where.

Several months ago, we saw a car we were interested in. I got in contact through messaging about the car, letting me know the car was there and available to see. 30 minute drive to find out they not only didnt have the car, it was sold a few days ago. Fast forward to today... found out they had the exact car we wanted. I called and was reassured the car was available. Drove 30 minutes to find out that someone just bought it as I pulled up. Both conversations were within 30 minutes of arriving at dealership. If i could give a negative review I would because this was the worst experience i have ever had at a dealership.

Did my deal over email and text, my car was delivered to my house the next day!! This is my 3rd car from there, Awesome dealership!

I was not sure what I would be approved for since it had been a while since I purchased a vehicle. Not only was the staff wonderful and pleasant,, but I am very happy with my new 2018 Elantra!
