Why I wouldn't ever Recomend Mark Ficken
TERRIBLE!!! It has been the worse experience when purchasing a vehicle. We are completely unsatisfied with your service. And customer service. The car has a lot of issues that apparently have no fix. We had to bring it twice.than called us to pick it up and the issues were three times still unresolved and still are to the date. Our sells rep. Draven promised floor mats that three months later are still not here.!!!! This car is a Lemon and we are strongly concern about many problems including vibrations when driving camera flikering buttons unoperetable ETC. No body has reached me back...

Relatively easy experience buying a used vehicle. I was disappointed to receive only one key and an empty tank of gas. Cannot get a call back regarding titling info they need.
Easy process. Helpful employees. Clean and well maintained used cars.
A MOST PLEASANT CHANGE
My Service Advisor, Mr. Doug Eckler, was absolutely outstanding. He was the most professional person that I have ever dealt with at the dealership. He made sure that all levels of the service process were done correctly and accurately. I have had some very bad experiences with other advisors at this same dealership. They are heading in the right direction with hires like Mr. Eckler.

Outstanding customer service from everyone at Mark Ficken Ford! Huge shout out to Hunter Fisher who was an absolute pleasure to work with! From the moment we met he helped answer all my questions and always kept me updated. Being a first time buyer my interest rate was high at first, but Mark Ficken's Team was able to get it down super low. I honestly can't thank them enough for helping me and making this experience so easy! I highly recommend them!
incorrect information, it's been almost 15 days since I've been waiting for them to make the payment for my 2022 Camry, I exchanged my car for a 2022 corsair, and every time I call this dealership they give me a different answer. I'm having a bad experience with this dealership.
Poor customer service
A few weeks back I had a Woofer replaced in my Lincoln. They had to take the front passenger inside door panel off to remove and then replace the part needed. Which they did. For some unknown reason the technician removed my Lincoln floor mat from the front passenger side, 3-4 days later I went to vacuum my car, and noticed my floor mat that I paid for whenI purchased the car was gone. I called the dealership multiple times to a explanation, nothing, no return phone calls. I am presently looking to trade in my Lincoln for another Lincoln. I WILL MOT BE GIVING THWM MY BUSINESS. Horrible customer service,
