I have used Mark Ficken Ford in Charlotte for regular service as well as normal repairs and recall programs. I particularly like their mobile service for oil changes and tire rotations. Top drawer service.

After being told 3 different issues was wrong and all 3

After being told 3 different issues was wrong and all 3 were incorrect the 4th diagnosis cost me $600+ on top of the $250 diagnosis fee. I requested pictures several times and never received any. Each issue they stated was not covered by my Ford extended warranty. They had vehicle 3 months.

I purchased a brand new 2024 F450 LIMITED(over $100,000

I purchased a brand new 2024 F450 LIMITED(over $100,000 purchase)! Within 90 days my sunroof started leaking. Water coming through the speakers. Was told by their service department the seal was incorrectly installed. They damaged the interior while repairing(still hasn?t been fixed)! When I picked up my truck, it had NO A/C. Only to find out air compressor had went out(brand new truck, 3 months old)!!! YET, they gave me the truck without any acknowledgment of it. I had to take my truck to a totally different ford dealership to get repaired(better experience). Service department/manager(lady) at MARK FRICKEN yelled at me, was very rude and didn?t care at all. Not to mention it was 91 degrees outside. They were no help at all! They refuse to come pickup my vehicle up to service it. Never called back to try and fix the problem! It was just a bad experience overall. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT BUY HERE!!!!!! Go somewhere else. The people here do not care about their customers or providing EXCELLENT service like they are paid to do! STAY AWAY!

I messaged Nick about a truck listed on Facebook.

I messaged Nick about a truck listed on Facebook. Told both my brother and I that it was still available (Thursday night), so we show up (Friday at lunch) and he tells us it was sold last Saturday. After we give him a piece of mind he says “maybe it was sold Wednesday” (still sold before he told us it’s still available!). Drove 35 minutes from work for him to show me an older truck with 25,000 more miles and $3k more! Terrible experience

In 2021 I bought a 2010 f150 4 door Larriet from them

In 2021 I bought a 2010 f150 4 door Larriet from them along with a bumper to bumper 36 month warranty for $3600 I’ve tried to get work done with no luck The Ford dealership in North Wilkesboro Nc said they couldn’t work on it because I didn’t purchase it there the sale person at mark flicken ford he is a Lier the 4x4 didn’t work I got stuck to find that out that’s when I found out about the rust issues even The Aframes are rusted through they are going to get somebody killed passing things off on people like this I’ve talked with an attorney about it I’m going to call Ford main office and tell them what kind of dealership Mark Flicken is I’m Dissabled I couldn’t look under it when I bought it boy did they take advantage of that they should have to either buy it back or give me another truck because I’m afraid to drive that one they are going to get sued I’m going to call Ford corporate today This is my Last Ford if they don’t want to do something about this

Worst Customer Service Experience

Service appointment with 6000 miles on my F250. The appointment started with the service advisor arguing about the work I was requesting (a simple oil change, no tire rotation). Apparently the customer doesn't know anything anymore. I then went to see the sales associate that assisted in ordering and delivering my truck. He didn't recognize me (understandable), but I was surprised and disappointed when he didn't bother to try to strike up conversation / rapport. Rather, he brushed me off, directing me to other salesmen nearby. Between these 2 contacts, the dealership has lost a customer.

This is Mike Burton I left a review a few months ago the we’re good with taking care of me but having a problem now because the Jeep I bought keeps tearing up and I bought a warranty with the Jeep a lo four thousand dollars I have had to work on it several times and I got in touch with the service department and they told me I didn’t turn it in before I had it fixed but I did and also couldn’t drive it down with what was wrong with it I have had more things done and they say that it is not covered because they didn’t see the problem at there service department the service manager didn’t get in touch with me for days after I got in touch with them and the finance manager make the warranty sound great I have been getting in touch with Hunter Fisher for months about getting the warranty money refunded to me and he always tells me that he is going to get it back but he doesn’t I want it back because I am having to pay for it being worked on because like always the warranty you buy don’t cover what is wrong so all I am wanting is the money back for the warranty because I am going to work on it all the time so let me say don’t ever buy anything online and don’t buy the warranty the financial manager makes sound so good but don’t get me wrong they was great to me to begin with you can read my other review but now it keeps tearing up and the warranty want pay I am not writing this to make them look bad just want to get this took car of and I know the will I am sure because Hunter is a good person

I had to drive all the way up there from Myrtle Beach to

I had to drive all the way up there from Myrtle Beach to get a decent deal on a 22 certified Lincoln Nautilus. Negotiation was over the phone. Deal was made over the phone. Put a deposit down drove up the next day picked up the vehicle. Nothing but good to say about this dealership. Vehicle was presented well in pictures. My local dealership beach doesn't have great pictures and their prices are much higher.
