Bad customer service.

Bad customer service. Tried to charge $200 diagnostic fee. When I told them what was wrong. Not good way to treat loyal customer. I have dealt with you for over 11 years.

Excellent experience. Felt informed throughout the service and Liza (advisor) was great at updating me on all aspects of my vehicles needs. I have been a customer over 5 years and I?ve been pleased every time.
