BAIT AND SWITCH!

BAIT AND SWITCH! They advertised for $26,000, and then added a $2000 "dealer fee", after wasting my time. Fraudsters!

This dealer is a complete scam do not buy a car here.

This dealer is a complete scam do not buy a car here. I am currently trying to go through legal proceedings as they have “stolen” my daughter’s car. After never replying and my daughter taking it in for repairs, they have kept the car now for over 30 days and will not give us an update or let us know if we can pick it up no matter how many times we try reaching out.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!I went to look at a car that was online test drive the car and decided to make a cash purchase.I go into sales rep office to complete paperwork and he tells me that the dealership has a 10% Powetrain & Prep fee of the amount of vehicle.I kindly ask what was this for and Angel tells it is a requirement and you can't avoid this charge.I refused to pay and asked to speak with someone in management to explain why this fee was applied and all he could tell me was that it was policy so I asked him to show me in writing where this policy was stated anywhere on contract. He says he will talk to someone and show comes back and states that they don't have in writing but it's the rules.I knew that it was just a Shady tactic that the dealership was using but offered to split cost with them because it was a fair value on car guy tells me no and let's me walk without a sale. What company has a policy in place but can't produce paperwork or anything in writing stating this fact?I recommend anyone want purchases a vehicle from them be very aware that this practice I wrong and refuse to pay or Walk away from deal

Caveat Emptor.

Caveat Emptor. My spouse and I traveled three hours 01 June 2024 after seeing several suitable vehicles advertised by this dealer within our budget that satisfied what we needed and wanted in pre-owned vehicles. After inspecting and test driving two vehicles we decided to move forward offering the price listed online. We get to the table and the sales rep returns with a dealer price list. The first line item under the sell price caught my attention immediately, "Powertrain and Prep Fee: $1295," followed by what appeared to be routine tax, title, and fees. The final price was unacceptable as it was over budget. We communicated our budget to the rep, and the dealership made no attempt to work with us. This is okay as it is their business and perogative, but buyers just be aware.

Very unprofessional, prices goes up and down on vehicles

Very unprofessional, prices goes up and down on vehicles that your trying to get into. Been trying to get into two vehicles thayI was trying to get into and it's like pulling teeth. Some salesmanship tries and some don't when trying to get into a vehicle and this is my experience and I'm speaking about me on my behalf.

My wife and I went to look at a few cars on Saturday

My wife and I went to look at a few cars on Saturday morning and arrived shortly after they opened. We signed in but kept getting passed around to different sales people. It over 30 minutes to get the first car pulled so we could test drive it. We test drove three different cars and were willing to buy the last one. That is when they disclosed a "re-conditioning" fee that increased the price of the car $1000. They were unwilling to deal or comprise on the fees. At that point with left because the vehicle was no longer a deal with all of the fees added on. Also they do not take personal checks. The whole process took over 3 hours.
