I came in to purchase a vehicle with my co-signer I had previously checked out the car took for a test drive. the day of purchase my salesman was clearly very busy which Is good I get it we all need to mske some money but it affected the quality of customer service. also two days driving it off the lot the oil light went on. and keeps coming on I’m adding oil three days later it’s on so there’s obviously and oil leak. when reaching out to the service dept I was surprised that the mechanic took zero responsibility for not catching this very obvious issue and then told me well if i bring it in be ready to wait for 48 hours. THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN TAKEN CARE OF BEFORE THE SALE. they pride themselves in doing an 120 point inspection (or higher) yet I had to ask for washer fluid before driving off the lot and then the leak was noticed several days later. I love the car I got and It wasn’t a terrible experience but make sure you Ask them if the inspection was done thoroughly. It was very clear that they were trying to pump out those cars and get their numbers off rather than have quality inspections and customer service. Why do all used salesmen end up Bring shady to some degree. And if your dept is the “service” dept service your customers when they call you don’t make them feel like they should’ve know. No! In fact sir you should have known during your “inspection” Im getting no returned phone calls. Frustrating

I got an email with a phone number which I tried several different days no response
Beware! This is not a reputable establishment!
I bought my vehicle on Tuesday, February 21, 2023. On February 24, my "hybrid system check engine" light came on and my vehicle had to be towed back to the dealership for maintenance. I still had the 60 day/600 mile warranty on my vehicle and upon returning my vehicle I purchased their (most expensive) comprehensive extended warranty, which covered everything including a rental. As the week went by, I was never contacted about my vehicle's status. I had to PROACTIVELY contact the salesperson who sold me the vehicle to contact their maintenance/service personnel and play phone tag. I was told they had to order a PCM from Hyundai and when they received it it was the wrong part, which extended the time I had to go without a vehicle. By the third week I had to call numerous times just to find out that the correct part they ordered didn't fit and had to be ordered again, extending my time without a vehicle. When I inquired about how the rental included in my extended warranty worked I was just told to contact the warranty company. When I contacted the warranty company, I was told that the dealership had to first file a claim in order for me to obtain a rental. When I attempted to relay this information back to the dealership, no one there would answer the phone or when I did speak to someone, I was told someone would call me back. That never happened! Let me reiterate that this is now the end of week three (3/18/2023) and I neither have my vehicle or a rental to show for it. I work M-F and I've had to pay for Ubers for two weeks straight (to and from work), which is causing me complete stress and anxiety for obvious reasons. Every voicemail I have left has gone unanswered and when I'm lucky enough to reach someone I get the runaround. This entire establishment has horrendous customer service and business ethics. I will never purchase a car here again!
DONT TRUST ABEL AVILA or the MANAGER. ZERO STARS
Very shady. DON'T TRUST THEM! Abel Avila stole my son's driver license. Supposedly couldn't find it to return it. Abel Avila and his rude manager that wouldn't give us his name were using shady, bullying car lot practices every step. Also known as Houston Direct Auto. Car had been wrecked 3 sides but repainted. Don't buy their junk cars.
This is the worse company to ever deal with. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Please run away fast. They have unethical business practices. They will get over on you. Tell you the price is one thing but have a higher price listed in the contract. Please RUN
Do not trust or buy a vehicle from them
