I made an appointment to see an Infiniti G37. It was a 45 minute drive to get there. the car was not ready when I arrived (I was advised a bulb need to be replaced?) After waiting for 45 minutes, I asked to see the car and they said that was not possible until the bulb had been replaced. At which point I advised that I would not be waiting any longer. Not apology, the sales agent just walked off. Very disappointing and a waste of 2+ hours of my time. I will not be going back!!!

LOST A SALE

The worst customer service!!!!!!I found a vehicle I wanted more info...I called sevreral times, did their chat, got a text with no reply after my question. Called several times got voicemail. no call back. got a text from Daisy. then NO ANSWER back from her either. LOST A SALE!!!!!

Trash scheme

Everything was great they were able to get me the car I wanted with in house financing and cpi insurance bring my full coverage down to 150 a month I’ve been paying 571 every month for about 2 years I only owe 9000 on the car and they came a repossessed it on a Sunday when I had paid in full Tuesday the guys paper work didn’t match up with his computer and I showed him the receipt and said I could pick it up Monday once I showed them the receipt it’s Tuesday they still haven’t told me where my car is or tell me what happened only that they want a 578 towing fee and they towed my car with the wrong truck This place is trash! I’m taking them to court.

Luis Garcia is awesome.

Luis Garcia is awesome. Look for him when go there. The first person we met when we got there had poor customer service skill but after we met Luis he took care of everything and we got the car we wanted.

Don’t buy a Tesla from these guys

Bought a Tesla. Salesman lied like he knew a lot about car. 30,000 mile later i have a car that need a battery replacement (13k). Surly then don’t care they made their sale. Beware of seller

Don't buy from them

Bought a 2015 corvette 400 miles over the grace period found out the transmission needs replaced and the subframe is bent along with other things bent in the front end contacted direct auto told me that they would do nothing, I will be contacting a lawyer
