Beware! This is not a reputable establishment!

I bought my vehicle on Tuesday, February 21, 2023. On February 24, my "hybrid system check engine" light came on and my vehicle had to be towed back to the dealership for maintenance. I still had the 60 day/600 mile warranty on my vehicle and upon returning my vehicle I purchased their (most expensive) comprehensive extended warranty, which covered everything including a rental. As the week went by, I was never contacted about my vehicle's status. I had to PROACTIVELY contact the salesperson who sold me the vehicle to contact their maintenance/service personnel and play phone tag. I was told they had to order a PCM from Hyundai and when they received it it was the wrong part, which extended the time I had to go without a vehicle. By the third week I had to call numerous times just to find out that the correct part they ordered didn't fit and had to be ordered again, extending my time without a vehicle. When I inquired about how the rental included in my extended warranty worked I was just told to contact the warranty company. When I contacted the warranty company, I was told that the dealership had to first file a claim in order for me to obtain a rental. When I attempted to relay this information back to the dealership, no one there would answer the phone or when I did speak to someone, I was told someone would call me back. That never happened! Let me reiterate that this is now the end of week three (3/18/2023) and I neither have my vehicle or a rental to show for it. I work M-F and I've had to pay for Ubers for two weeks straight (to and from work), which is causing me complete stress and anxiety for obvious reasons. Every voicemail I have left has gone unanswered and when I'm lucky enough to reach someone I get the runaround. This entire establishment has horrendous customer service and business ethics. I will never purchase a car here again!

DONT TRUST ABEL AVILA or the MANAGER. ZERO STARS

Very shady. DON'T TRUST THEM! Abel Avila stole my son's driver license. Supposedly couldn't find it to return it. Abel Avila and his rude manager that wouldn't give us his name were using shady, bullying car lot practices every step. Also known as Houston Direct Auto. Car had been wrecked 3 sides but repainted. Don't buy their junk cars.

Unethical Company

This is the worse company to ever deal with. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Please run away fast. They have unethical business practices. They will get over on you. Tell you the price is one thing but have a higher price listed in the contract. Please RUN

Do not trust or buy a vehicle from them

i bought a 2008 ford f250 and it has been in the shop more then i had it first time in the shop it was the cat so they deleted it and they did not delete the EGR system then it had to go back in to there shop to get the EGR sytem took off got it back then it started blowing white smoke so it had to go back to the shop for the 3 time the same day i got it out of the shop i got to the other side of conroe tx the check engine light come on and it was the turbos then i took my worker home on a dirt road and the drive shaft came out and it broke the rear end and it had a 500 mile warranty on the drive train and now they dont want to fix it with out me paying half of the bill and the truck has not been 500 miles on it
