Experience buying a car here was a pleasure.

Experience buying a car here was a pleasure. Didn't rush me. Didn't hold me up. Vehicle was exactly as described. They sent requested photos ahead of time. Domenic was friendly and polite without being pushy. Trade in offer was fair. They didn't play any of the games I'm used to at dealerships. When we're ready for another car, we'll be back. Happy to refer friends and family, as well.

Follow up review on 2015 online Suburban purchase. Dealership went above and beyond to make things right and actually took responsibility for the items that needed attention. I went from never going back there to being their number one fan. Great customer service after the sale! Great working with you all!

These guys know their stuff. Made it super easy for me to swap my Lambos. Also selling my 911. Greg in finance worked hard to get me where I wanted and my sales associate Austin made it all work like magic. Thank You Kearns. I’m coming back for more soon.

I purchased a 2015 suburban online.

I purchased a 2015 suburban online. Very easy quick transaction. I asked a lot of questions and had them all answered. What I wasn’t told were obvious things that a good business would be fourth coming with. There was a fair amount of rust that looked to be painted over that wasn’t seen in pictures. I understand a 2015 to have rust, the issue was it looked covered up and I should’ve been made aware. The vehicle arrived in record time and I was impressed till I noticed someone used black gorilla tape to keep a piece of black trim on around a window. Yes… gorilla tape. I’m dead serious. Upon a test drive I proceeded to turn ac on and the fan motor sounded like a Jake brake on a semi truck. My wife spent an hour cleaning and deodorizing the interior. I called before writing this to allow them to make things right and was told a manager was with a customer and would call me right back. No call. Let me say I work for a dealership my self in a different industry and have dealt with customers of all walks of life so I understand the pain in the butt complainers and ones that actually have merit. If I were to do business this way I wouldn’t be in business. Buyer beware!
