This was the easiest purchase I ever had! Rhey ate Great people to work with!

Purchased my Landrover Range Rover from Kearns and brought it in 6 weeks ago for a front license plate bracket to be installed. They drilled 2 holes incorrectly into my new bumper, then drilled more holes to move the license plate. They use touchup paint to fill the holes when they should’ve replaced the entire bumper, the radar sensor for the cruise control is not working correctly so now I have no cruise control and it’s a $2500 part and they refused to acknowledge that they damaged the radar sensor. After working with the service department manager Rafael who I would not recommend I asked to speak with the manager above him, and Tim was definitely not customer service orientated and was not agreeable. His customer service skills are less than to be desired. I do not recommend working with the service department Or the sales person, Tim.

He always answered the phone and was able to handle concerns i had. When you're buying higher end cars it is a trust issue as to really getting the car, you want in the proper condition you're expecting it to be. Then putting the car in the air taking video and shooting so many pictures you're comfortable to move forward with the purchase.The car will be here is 2 days and would love to follow up here ..
