I had a fantastic experience at this dealership ! The staff was very friendly , Corey and Amanda went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy and satisfied with my choices . The finance process was smooth and easy , I never felt pressured . I would definitely recommend this dealership.

I finally did it!

I finally did it!!!!! I bought my first car! I was very hesitant, but Nolan helped me so much and it really made my first purchase way less stressful then it would’ve been. Overall this was a great dealership to work with. They had great cars on the lot and tons of nice people there. Once again thank you Nolan for your amazing help.

My initial review is from Sept 1 or 2, I can’t revise it so I’m leaving another. They hounded me to make a good review before I knew they weren’t going to live up to their end of the deal. Making the deal was fine, but they couldn’t give me both keys that night because one was locked in the hr office. Said they’d send it and I figured no big deal. But it’s been a month and four or five phone calls and I still don’t have the second key I paid for. My messages aren’t returned. The last time I was able to speak with Nolan, he was confirming I wanted the key mailed as if it were the first time we spoke about it. Seems like as soon as I wrote the check, they are finished whether they lived up to the deal or not. I should have known. Buyer beware. They either don’t intend to give me the other key, don’t care, or can’t figure out how to get it from the hr office to me.

We did it!

We did it! I can’t say enough about the great experience I had at Napleton CDJR. It took some time but well worth it. My salesperson, Kean Anderson, was incredibly patient and worked hard to get me the best deal. I love my new ride and couldn’t be happier!!!

I worked with Nolan he was the first sales person who listened to my wants and was attentive to my concerns the whole way through. He was upfront and honest about things which was what really sold me. Napelton he’s a true asset. If you’re looking to get a new or used car definitely ask for Nolan!

Very organized and friendly. No waist to time from the in to make a deal and get out. I need to recognize a young man Nolan, which is has really nice approach to the customer and with his knowledge about job which he does makes me very happy.
