Just a note to anyone looking to buy a vehicle soon, we just brought home our newest car since 2003. May I say that I wasn't looking forward to dealing with salespeople in general, but, Gary aka TEX was by far the best salesman you could pair with us! By that meaning not pushy, listened, very nice and assertive to our needs and wants, escp. Price! Very explanatory about all the high tech stuff that now comes with a new auto. WoW! this is our 2nd purchase from this dealer in 2 weeks, we were so happy with our salesman Tex ,and the other people at this dealer ,that we went back and purchased a 2nd vehicle from them. It's more like buying from family than a car dealer. We would highly recommend going to see them.

I took my Dodge Ram in for some service, which was excellent in itself. But then found out I was looking at a pretty high repair bill. The mechanic told me they were looking for some trade-ins and I should check it out. I need to say that when i bought the truck at another local dealer a year before the experience was horrible so I was hesitant to go through that again. However Pete promised to make it a better experience and he delivered. I could write a whole narrative on all the details but just know that I am a real person and yes I had a great experience, and I highly recommend this dealership for your next purchase or service.

I honestly went into the dealership not expecting to buy a car right then and there because I have never made such a big purchase and I was terrified. But after having spent 6 hours with Austin I knew I was definitely ready to upgrade to my own car. Austin was extremely patient through my hours of indecisiveness and stressing. He made sure I knew all I could about the cars and if I didn't understand something he took the time to explain it to me. He never once was pushy or nagging because of how long I was taking. My parents were there with me so they also were asking him a ton of questions but he knew the answer to everything and was extremely polite to them. As I was signing the papers to my new car my parents grabbed Austins card because they said if they ever trade in one of their cars, Austin WILL be the one that they go to. He was soooo helpful. I definitely recommend having Austin help you look for a car that fits you. I've never been to a car dealership where I wasn'the being nagged at about cars so this was an extremely pleasant experience and I'll definitely be coming back when I'm ready for a new car!

I'm not a car person, and Pete and the entire team were there to help me find the car that met what I wanted and what I needed, and didn't string me along with price points I couldn't make. Gary was easy to talk to and it was obvious why he was one of the guys in charge! I'm looking forward to going back there for any service assistance I might need, even though I don't think that will be for a while!

The people at napelton were very friendly, Matt Allin was very helpful. When I showed up at the dealership Matt was out to help me out with finding a new vehicle in less than a minute, from then on he answered any questions I had, and answered questions I didn't even have to ask, thank you, great customer service.
