Worst service department experience ever.
Absolute worst experience that I have ever had at a dealership. Lied to, delayed, and treated like I was an idiot. Avoid at all costs. I've been waiting 6 weeks for a simple, 2 hour repair on a new car. I was promised the repairs would be done when I bought the car. I've been lied to and avoided for 6 weeks. Do NOT buy a car from them.

This place scams ignorant people
Went for a fair deal and they tried to make the absolute worst deal sound like heaven. Made me sign all the paperwork before showing me the actual numbers. Cheaters and scammers,good work finance and sales.

Service dept is horrible
Do not go to this dealer. There service department is horrible. They will over charge you on everything. I brought my Jeep there for a repair of a noise in my steering. They said it was fixed it and then a month later my ball joint broke and my tire came off. They charged me $700 the first time and then $ 1200 the next time. The service manager lied to my face to get me to withdraw a BBB complaint. Do not go here for service unless you want to get ripped off.

Unfairly low trade in.
Michael Brewer cheated me on my trade in. He gave me $29500.00 for my 20160 ram 2500 and then put it back on the lot for $44000.00. This is corruption at it's best.

Tex was great but service dept terrible
Tex was great to work with. He was very knowledgeable on the Pacificas. Service dept on the other hand, was very unorganized and didn't seem to have any knowledge on how to show me how to work the DVD player that was just installed in my car. Things were not set up like I was told they would be.

Great Experience
This dealership is top notch! I've been to several dealerships on my quest to purchase a car and this place by far is the best. Gary was very informative and friendly. Not pushy at all. I won't be purchasing a car until next month, and when I do, I'll be sure to go see him.

This is where we go to visit with Tex while buying a car.
It's that simple. We're interested in a car, or we need service (oil change, etc) on one of our vehicles, we head to Napleton's Mid Rivers CDJR, we find Gary "Tex" Clark and go from there. We're welcomed with open arms, like he's been waiting for us to come through the door. Everything is always straight forward so you know where you're at in the process & what's going on. I get so comfortable there that I almost forget that it's a dealership I'm in! When friends, family or even coworkers state they're looking to buy a car, new or used, I always suggest they head to this dealership & ask for Gary "Tex" because he will give them the best possible service they will find anywhere. So far, my husband & myself have purchased 3 brand new & 2 used vehicles from him. We take our vehicles here to be serviced as well. He'll always be the first person I go to when looking to purchase a car or just to say, "Hey" to when there getting service done. You won't be disappointed.
