I had a 10:00 appointment,for an oil change and tire rotation..I asked Ian about the recommended replacing of the AC filter.. He patiently explained how it works and why it needed changing. He was done by 11:00 and even fixed a recall item I was not aware of. Very nice, polite, knowledgeable and personable young man. I will request him for my next service.

Russ Darrow is the best dealership in Madison. Friendly staff, salesman I worked with many times is very knowledgeable on the vehicles that he sells.

Dealer is charging 3.5% additional fee to use a credit card to pay for regular service. Enough for me to look elsewhere for service and buying a car.
