I bought a vehicle and they gave me an IOU yet never

I bought a vehicle and they gave me an IOU yet never honored it. I tried multiple times to reach out to them and was always ignored. Darren and Taylor general and sales manager will only laugh and treat you horrible. Stay away from this dealership. I can not emphasize enough how horrible service they have. They gave me the email yo Chris Griffith and also never got a response.

Do not waste your time!!

The right hand has no idea what the left hand is doing. No one knows anything from out the door price to warranties. Improperly staffed. Said they wouldn't hold a vehicle 'til Saturday, ok cool. I go Thursday, the next business day mind you. I sent them all of my necessary documents on Wednesday, yes, the day prior, and vehicle isn't even ready on SATURDAY like I advised I wanted to come in and pick up to begin with. This is by far one of lowest tier unorganized, unprofessional, and unpleasant dealerships that I've dealt with. I don't care how "low" the price of a vehicle they sell is going forward as the frustration is not even remotely worth the half.

WORST SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!!!

Seguin Texas GRIFFITH FORD dealership is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with! My car is still not fixed! They had it a month! In fact my brandnew car has been returned to be with a xxxx dent in the door the refuse to return my messages or provide a solution to fixing my car. Instead they hide behind their egotistical bad attitudes and condensending ways! They down talk you- laugh at your response - refuse to take responsibiliy for the short comings in a NAME THAT I ONCE BELIEVED IN - GRIFFITHS SHOULD BE ASHAMED FOR REPRESENTING FORD! Wes I sure hope no one treats your wife or daughter like you have treated me, my mother, or my child!

consider my expectations elevated

I have nothing but positive things to say about Griffith Ford and their sales staff. I purchased multiple vehicles through this dealer and continually rely on them for my vehicle's service.

Best Experience Ever!!

It took 1 hour from start to finish, usually you get tied up all day, but they knew I was in a time crunch and made it happen and possible. Best experience so far and overall they were very fair and very professional.
