DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!! I bought a used 2014 Nissan Pathfinder on 8/22/24 which came with a limited warranty of 3 months/3000k miles. 5 days after diving the car, the transmission completely went out. Vivek, the sales person, assured me before signing any paperwork that if any issues arise, I just need to drop it off with the dealership and they would take care of it under the warranty. It's now 9/27/24 and I still don't have my car. The warranty company denied the claim apparently due to "pre existing conditions". The dealership failed to give me a copy of the buyers guide and when they mailed it to me, they faulsified the document and marked the car "as is" with an alternate non dealership warranty. Spoke with Jeff Johnson (sales manager) several times and he refuses to tell me where my car is being serviced. He told me "I don't need to know where it's being serviced." These people are breaking federal laws and trying to get away with it.

GM RECALLS ABOUT TO LOOSE CUSTOMERS
I made appt. For recall parts however after making that appointment, and leaving car there for 2 days, was told no parts for repair available. They are available in Florida so it appears I should have had it done there. Bought two cars from this dealer and have always been pleased until now.

Fantastic place to buy and service your cars.
We just replaced our 2022 Buick with a 2024 Buick Encore GX. Vivek Abraham is very helpful and does a wonderful job as a sales person. Crystal Mc Elroy is a wonderful sales manager and she is the reason we keep going back for more cars. The entire staff is helpful and we had an easy buy. We do our service at Suntrup Buick GMC too They have been very fair on tires and overall maintenance for our cars over the last 15 years.

Really a good experience!
First time I had bought a vehicle in 8 years. Great experience with Don Giaimo. Within 4 hours everything was done. I had been researching vehicle I bought for months so I know I got a really fair price and the trade in for my 17 year old SUV was very reasonable!
